@Georgeatasda Really disappointed. We requested a collection date extension as we were abroad. You confirmed it was extended to 19 Jan, yet after a 25 min drive today we were told the order had already been sent back. Very frustrating experience - please can you look into this?

@Georgeatasda I returned 2 online orders via your in-store drop box but was only refunded for 1. Staff said the machine wasn’t working, so no proof was given. This is the second time I’ve been short refunded. Your process is flawed and frankly, feels dishonest.

@vumatel No connection since Wednesday. I’ve called multiple times but keep getting the same response. This is beyond frustrating - I can’t work from home without WiFi. Will a credit be issued for the days without service? Paying for something I’m not getting is unacceptable.
