@GE_Appliances I received a reply this morning that was essentially, your 3rd party is working on it. That’s not an answer and this is beyond frustration it is safety. You’re ok with every part within your luxury product being replaced so now I am at unknown risks vs. just replacing it?

@GE_Appliances Im on visit #5 for GE Cafe Advantium that stopped working in April. I’ve now been told 2x this is the last attempt at a fix before we replace it. Everyone involved is floored by the number of fixes being attempted, including your reps Ticket # 13820055 can u help?

@VirginiaSuliman @SamsungUS Good luck. It took this company RXO 28 days to deliver a stove and microwave that was order from @SamsungUS on November 28th. They both show lack of good customer service and both need to rethink there companies. Customer always come first not profits or excuses. Customer first.

I know many will shake their head and ask what took us so long but canceled @dish_answers today solely because of how they chose to treat us. 22 years a customer, and I would bet money the guy I spoke with last was proud he got me to cancel.

@IanSohn One of my kids asked me this enough so I looked into it. It tells someone your “rising” sign, which if you believe in astrology is supposedly more accurate. They are looking for compatibility with theirs. Seems like dating for a while would also work but what do I know 🤷🏼‍♀️

@NespressoUSA disappointed this morning. Our VertuoPlus started leaking coffee this weekend, troubleshooting failed & it’s under warranty. I was told 3-5 weeks to repair with no loaner. I researched & moved my family (3 households) to your brand for service reputation, not this.
