Second time posting as have had no response. Hi @YETICoolers Returned an item nearly 2 weeks ago here in Europe. Have been told twice to wait 1-3 working days and no refund. Is there any chance of my money being returned please?

@TPExpressTrains currently about your service to Edinburgh in First Class. No gluten free options for b'fast (all gone!) and only 2 other items available on the breakfast menu. So far, definitely not worth the money and totally unacceptable.

@TPExpressTrains So filled out a complaint from for our outbound journey (no reply!) and will need to do so again for our inbound journey as First Class is again unclean (due to late arrival!) and the toilet closest to First Class is out of order. This is disgraceful and totally unacceptable.
