🚨 Statins: Heart Saver or Brain Drainer? This Study Will Shock You 😱 Picture this: Your doctor hands you a statin pill to "save" your heart... but it slowly steals your memory. Sound like a nightmare? A 2012 pilot study on Alzheimer's patients says it's real. Let's unpack this game-changer—and why slashing cholesterol might be backfiring big time. The Shocking Setup 18 mild Alzheimer's patients on statins for 6+ months. Researchers stopped the meds for 6 weeks, then restarted for another 6. Tested cognition with MMSE and ADAS-Cog. Result: Minds cleared up off statins (MMSE up, ADAS-Cog down—big wins!). But restarting? Brains fogged right back. No heart risks from stopping. Mind-blowing, right? 🧠 Why Statins Fog the Brain Statins crush cholesterol production. But your body craves it! Cholesterol builds cell walls, myelin (nerve shields), synapses (brain connections), and hormones like cortisol/estrogen. Deprive the brain (60% fat)? Fog, fatigue, decline—especially in vulnerable Alzheimer's brains. This fits the bigger puzzle: Low cholesterol often signals inflammation or hormone chaos, not a "win." Statins suppress symptoms but ignore roots like stress or poor diet. Broader Warning: Not Just Alzheimer's Millions pop statins daily. Yet evidence shows little life extension for most (especially women/no heart history), while risks soar: diabetes (+27%), muscle pain, liver issues, cognition hits. In dementia? Could speed the slide. Rethink & Rebuild This small study screams for bigger trials. On statins? Chat with your doc—don't quit cold turkey. Focus on real fixes: nutrient-rich fats for hormone support, stress cuts for cortisol balance. Health isn't a pill—it's inside-out rebuilding. Your brain deserves better. I want to believe this is true… but I can’t be that optimistic. We are nowhere near 80% awake. Not even close. Most people still have zero idea that Type 2 diabetes is reversible with diet and lifestyle alone. Some who do know it think actually reversing it and getting healthy again is somehow “dangerous” or “extreme.” If we haven’t even cracked basic metabolic health awareness yet… how exactly have we hit the magical 80/20 tipping point on cancer cures being suppressed? The scams are real. The cures exist. But the awakening still has a very long way to go.

The CURE to Cancer will be available in the next yr or 2 on a large scale. WHY? Because we have reached 80/20 80% awake and aware Aware of the scams of keeping us sick and keeping the cures away & We God's People will no longer tolerate the scams Congratulations

The fundamental role of any government, why it exists in the first place, is to secure the lives of its people. That means: ✅ Food security ✅ Physical security (from external and internal threats) ✅ Energy security ✅ Economic conditions where everyone can work and earn a decent livelihood Instead, governments (and some people) have completely forgotten this primal duty. They’ve replaced it with fancy rules, restrictions, and “10-point plans” that treat citizens like children who need to be rationed, slowed down, grounded, and told what stove they’re allowed to cook on. Lockdowns 1.0 were sold as “public health.” Lockdowns 2.0 are now being sold as “energy security.” Same control, different excuse. Governments don’t exist to ration our freedom, they exist to protect our ability to live free, productive lives. Anything else is a betrayal of their only legitimate purpose.

@zoeharcombe @Telegraph I heard another brilliant tip from the same kind of “expert”: eat a cucumber before a bowl of rice. Apparently the “magic fiber” in the cucumber is supposed to prevent the glucose spike from the rice.

I'm Italian. After my thread on Italy's hidden cities blew up, a close French friend called me. "You did Italy. Now do France. But don't embarrass yourself, let me 'elp." We spent a weekend going back and forth. He'd suggest a city, I'd research it. I'd push back, he'd prove me wrong. By Sunday night, we had a list. 7 hidden cities in France that most people, including most French, will never think to visit, let alone move to. No crowds. No tourist markup. Insane quality of life. 🧵

Mind-blowing gut news from UC Davis microbiologists: Plain old sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) can actually shield your intestinal lining from inflammation damage Raw cabbage? Zero protection. Just the salty brine? Nope, not enough. In lab tests with human gut cell models, sauerkraut extracts kept the barrier strong and reduced damage from inflammatory cytokines. Unfermented cabbage? No dice. It’s the full fermentation magic that creates powerful metabolites, like lactic acid, GABA, and unique amino acid derivatives, that your gut cells recognize and thrive on. A small daily serving (just a forkful or two!) might help build a more resilient digestive system—especially paired with plenty of fiber. Fermented foods never stop surprising us. Who’s adding more kraut to their plate this week? #GutHealth #FoodAsMedicine Reference: Wei L, Marco ML.2025.The fermented cabbage metabolome and its protection against cytokine-induced intestinal barrier disruption of Caco-2 monolayers. People say they can’t live without their ice cream, cake and bread. But what kind of future are they actually choosing? Do they really want to end up as a shadow of themselves, barely functional, unable to recognize their loved ones, stuck in bed, and completely dependent, with no real life left to look forward to? Or do they want to stay strong, keep a clear mind, and actually enjoy their years, spending quality time with family and watching their grandchildren grow up?

They call this ultra-processed junk “food”, if we can even call it food, and then present it as “healing.” That’s what they use to “heal” you from obesity, heart issues, and everything else. Until both patients and healthcare professionals understand that it’s not healthy at all, nothing will change… and I’m afraid we’re still a long way from that.

Diabetes rates are sky high in Italy, especially in the poorer southern regions, where people are noticeably less affluent than in the industrialized North. The poorer population there eats mainly pasta every day, it’s deeply rooted in their habits. And that’s exactly where diabetes, heart-related deaths, and obesity rates are the highest.

They don’t want doctors, or people in general, who think for themselves and calmly search for the true optimal solutions, even when those solutions are difficult. The kind of solutions that genuinely preserve lives, health, and safety instead of destroying them. What they actually want are obedient people who never question authority and just follow orders blindly.

I have a Canadian friend who is now an internal medicine doctor. He tried to get into med school in Canada - was rejected not because of grades but because he's a white male - so he went abroad. He then did his residency in Miami. He returned to Canada and applied to be a doctor in his home country. Was rejected. He was just hired by a huge hospital outside of Boston where he'll make triple the salary. His wife said when she gets pregnant, they'll have their baby in the US. And this is how brain drain happens. Canada does not nurture/protect its talent. This is why the country is bleeding intelligent/successful people - and they're relocating to America en masse.
Eric Jackson@ericjackson

71% of Waterloo's best engineers leave Canada (UWaterloo SE Class of 2022 graduate survey). And nobody riots. In any other country, a 71% talent export rate would be a national emergency. In Canada, it's Tuesday. The problem isn't the people who leave. They're rational. The US pays 2-3x more, taxes less, and builds things that matter. The problem is the people who stay and never ask why the system is designed to make leaving the rational choice. Canada doesn't have a brain drain problem. It has a demand problem. Nobody demands better. Not from the universities. Not from the employers. Not from the government. The best leave. The rest adjust. The cycle continues. Every country gets the talent retention rate it deserves.

The same goes for cortisol: it’s rarely measured, even though it’s critical for metabolism, energy, and stress response. Nobody checks your diurnal cortisol rhythm because no drug can fix it. In fact, many drugs actually raise it. Same with insulin: it’s almost never properly measured. The “normal” range is ridiculously wide, and there’s no pill to lower it. So they wait until your blood glucose rises to prescribe something. You could prevent the whole cascade much earlier by not letting insulin climb in the first place.

I wonder how much of medicine is driven by drugs. For example, why did they decide that LDL cholesterol is the main marker for heart disease, rather than triglycerides or insulin? After all, triglycerides and insulin are better markers of heart disease risk. The reason? Probably because LDL cholesterol is "targetable"--there's a drug (statins) that will lower it. So it matters less that LDL is a good marker, and more that it's a number we can change with a drug. And of course, make money in the process. If there were a drug that lowered triglycerides really well, I suspect mainstream medicine would focus more on triglycerides. (Incidentally, the best way to lower triglycerides and insulin is to control consumption of refined carbohydrates.)

Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines cause aggressive cancers called “Turbo Cancer” In the past 2 years, Turbo Cancers are accelerating. This is a Public Health Emergency 🚨 Top 5 Turbo Cancers are: 1. Lymphoma 2. Brain Cancers, usually Glioblastoma 3. Breast Cancers, usually TNBC 4. Colon Cancers, usually at Stage 4 5. Lung Cancers, usually at Stage 4 Florida Doctor Dr.Marivic Villa @MarivicVillaMD5 has documented long term destruction of immune systems in the COVID-19 Vaccinated and this destruction is ongoing over the long term. We need to address this Tsunami of Cancer and we can’t stop fighting to get the mRNA Vaccine products taken off the market. All mRNA based products are unfit for human use.
