@DeplorableVote @CharlieRadUK @DamonTyler11 There are no penalties for vuk for non compliance with directions, unlike the applicants who can have their cases struck out. In short they do what they like. Some case do move faster others they drag their feet and do not provide a response bundle with the 56 day time window

@Vixxmclean @CharlieRadUK @DamonTyler11 How is that going Victoria? Has it even been tried yet? Some of us are hopeful that in practice, it starts the clock ticking against the MOD and gets this process moving, but does it?

@CharlieRadUK @DamonTyler11 Hiya yes, but you only get 1 year from date of recon decision to appeal so anything prior to April 23 now wouldn't be able to appeal if at reconsideration stage.
