@BrunoFahy @FlyingBrussels Plutôt que demander à un autre passager d’enregistrer une valise de vêtements… Je n’aurais eu aucun problème à laisser ma valise en soute si elle avait été remplie de vêtements et non d’appareils fragiles. Quid si le Scoopy arrive pété ???

@FlyingBrussels I received an email asking me to use the Dreamville Baggage Drop Off at Tomorrowland for return journey. Our flight back is 10:50 am, what is the latest time we can drop our suitcases off? Our tent needs to go inside one of the cases.

@FlyingBrussels I have not received 2 of my 4 pieces of luggage. Your representatives have been unhelpful. No information after 72 hours. Had to correct the info I gave them 3 times. Every part of this trip has been horrible. No one seems to care. Do something!

Our combined flights back from Mongolia took 29 hours. On our last leg, 2hr flight from Brussels to Edinburgh @FlyingBrussels was charging for drinks and snacks, and they have lost one piece of our luggage 🙁 I don’t think I will fly with them again. #poorservice
