Why is Samagra Shiksha Assam still forcing vocational teachers (NSQF) to go through third-party private agencies (TMP) for recruitment ? We teach in govt schools, for govt students, using central scheme funds yet the Education Department cannot recruit us directly ? The 2015 batch already been regularised. But from 2016 batch onwards, the middleman exits. This middleman system only creates nuisance, delays, uncertainty and unfair treatment. Time to remove the third party completely. SAMAGRA SHIKSHA 3.0: @Samagra_Assam @sanjayjavin @Vineet_K26 @dpradhanbjp @EduMinOfIndia The vocational education system in Assam government schools is severely mismanaged. Third-party TMP engagement must be removed. Vocational trainers are facing financial exploitation, mental harassment, corruption in recruitment, no job security, no maternity leave, and many more problems. The entire implementation of vocational education in Assam needs an urgent and serious review. Remove the third-party TMP outsourcing system. Save vocational education.
