📢 Demand for Justice: NSQF Teachers of West Bengal 📢 ​For 13 long years, the backbone of our vocational education has been neglected. While the world moves forward, our teachers are stuck with zero salary increments and no job security.

Article by Hon'ble Education Minister @dpradhanbjp Ji. Sir, your article beautifully spoke of shared responsibility and the first day of school as a sacred national moment. But in Assam today, NSQF Vocational Teachers are facing heartbreaking betrayal. Our services officially ended on 31 March. From 1 April, third parties barred us from entering schools. No contract renewal, no salary, yet we are still attending classes daily out of sheer duty. The mental agony and humiliation these teachers are suffering is unimaginable. Third party interference is the root cause of this cruel mismanagement. Remove the third parties now and save vocational education in Assam before it collapses completely. BIG SCAM EXPOSED in Assam’s Vocational Education! But third parties (TMP i.e Training and Management Partner) are looting crores ! As per RTI: Samagra Shiksha Assam releases ₹1900 per Guest Lecture. Vocational Teachers get only ₹900. Third parties pocket ₹1000 per session! Math that shocks: 1 school → Classes 9-12 (10 GL per class) = 40 GL per subject = 40 × ₹1000 = ₹40,000 siphoned per teacher! 3500 Vocational Teachers in Assam (let all school has HS level) = ₹40,000 × 3500 = ₹14 CRORE looted from ONE year alone! "This isn’t a fall. It’s a policy choice." Yes, policy means we are referring to the third party Training and Management Partner engagement in Vocational Education system in Assam. This third party model should be removed Sir and save the Skill education in govt schools. Why these third parties should be removed: 1. Corruption in recruiting teachers. 2. Mentally exploiting vocational teachers. 3. Being forced to do even illegal things. 4. Excessive survelliance ( online punch in, followed by whatsapp video call 3 times a day, live video of classroom to be attached) 5. Mannerless coordinators. Harass female teachers. 6. Pay cut even if we reach school at 09:01AM 7. Pay cut for even performing election duty. 8. Salary delay upto 4 months is a normal case for them. 9. No maternity leave. In such cases, they force female teachers to resign. 10. Employer and employee PF amount is being deduced from Teachers' salary. 11. No increment. Respected Sir, why not Samagra Shiksha Assam @Samagra_Assam is not recruiting vocational teachers directly ? Kindly look into the matter. Remove third party TMPs, save vocational education.
