@Coravin We have been fractionalising bottles using a fully automated system since 2020. The machine bottles 750ml into 50ml bottles in 2 minutes using argon gas to prevent oxidation. Samples last for up to a year but are usually tasted earlier than that.

The ewe on the left lambed a stillborn and were unable to resuscitate it. She cried most of the night longing for her lamb. The ewe on the right lambed twins. It seems that today she gave 1 of them to the grieving mother to raise as her own. This is a photo of them together
