Smart people know ICE is in DHS and we have funded DHS as a whole in every Congress and Senate since 9/11. Democrats blocked that and demand we change how DHS is funded. So, they blocked the funding. This is on them. Same crap if Republicans blocked funding for all of the DOJ to force changes to the FBI that is in the DOJ. No. Either you fund the DOJ or you don’t. Democrats don’t. They own it.
