Has anyone else basically just not been able to use @WayfairUK on mobile? Their site has the bot check which seems to fail on every browser, eventually pases then fails and asks for another bot check. Easier to just shop elsewhere:(

@WayfairUK a new level of incompetence. Never used your company before and won’t again. 2 1/2 hrs on live chat asking what happened to my delivery and when it will arrive. Confirmed it will be next week yet later in the day received two emails stating tomorrow, Mon and Weds. 🤦🏻‍♂️

@WayfairUK please stop using DHL eCommerce. I now have original and replacement products just sat at their depot, the replacement was scheduled for today and hasn't been loaded on a van. It's been two weeks since the original was meant to be delivered. Can't contact them at all
