@Wayfair It's not an you issue, it's @FedEx. Everything they deliver they literally back up to the garage, open the doors push it off of the truck so it drops 4 feet to the concrete and drive away. You've been good with getting replacement parts but it's a hassle and takes time.

@Wayfair love your prices but I'm afraid I'm done. Every package ships @FedEx and they literally get pushed off the back of the truck into the driveway. I'm done fighting to get replacement parts. I won't order from anyone using @FedEx again.

@amazon when your driver decides to call in a night 2 stops from your house and just take your package back, one would think they’d be one of the first deliveries the next day. At this point I assume my $500 precision printer is gonna bounce around in a truck until next year.

As a professional FedEx driver myself, we are held to a higher standard. “Drive for everyone else on the road,” is the motto we’re often told. We have a duty to take extra measures to prevent dangerous situations, even when other drivers on the road are not aware they are in one. This trucker should have been confirming his blind spot before swinging over like that. This Jeep was in a dangerous spot. Either clear the trucks right side by speeding up, or falling back, so you are not directly side by side and maintaining the same speed like that… or use the left lane to pass. Do NOT intentionally use the right lane to pass. That’s one of the most dangerous things you can do, especially against a big truck. They CANNOT see you as they’re trying to get back into the right lane, where slower traffic is supposed to reside. It also breaks basic highway rules, and so they are not expecting it.

Who is at fault here?
