President Truman had a sign on his desk that said “The Buck Stops Here.”
It’s clear with this Administration — and especially @SecWar — that the motto is “Pass the Buck.”
Gas prices were under $3.00 a gallon before the reckless Republican war of choice in the Middle East.
Today it is $4.45.
You deserve better.

GAS PRICES ARE $4.39 AND CLIMBING
I stood at a gas station in Upstate NY with veterans, farmers, and families paying the price every time they fill up.
This is Trump country.
They don’t want to pay for his reckless Iran war.
They’re saying: enough.
End the war. Stop the pain at the pump.
@GuntherEagleman@SenSchumer@grok Why do you guys always have to compare this shit to joe biden? What relevancy does it have that gas prices were astronomically?Fucking horrible during joe biden's presidency. And they are fucking horrible now. With donald trump. What does your comparison prove?
@diananidwitz@GuntherEagleman@SenSchumer@grok thats complete bullshit you idiot...it was cause cause Biden shut down Anwar and stopped all new frilling on federal grounds...you libtatrds lie with an ease thats scary
the high gas prices 2022 when Biden was Pres. was 100% caused by Putin's invasion of Ukraine and the gas prices went up in THE WHOLE WORLD.
Had nothing to do with 'Biden'.
But the gas prices we see now ($4.45) is 100% caused by one single man on the planet. Mr. Bone Spurs.
F.Y.I.
- U.S. oil production hit record highs under Biden
- It reached about 13+ million barrels/day by 2024–2025, exact the same as now 2025-26 under Trump.
@SenSchumer and its still 5 million less a day then when you corrupt bastards were in charge...you fuckers spent 450 billion a yr on illegals..that 1.8 trillion on ILLEGALS and u never said a word...so STFU...you should be in prison
@SenTimKaine and its still 5 million less a day then when you corrupt bastards were in charge...you fuckers spent 450 billion a yr on illegals..that 1.8 trillion on ILLEGALS and u never said a word...so STFU
@SenatorSlotkin did u even read the ruing...they ruled. you fooken moron, that u cannot use race to district...simple as that...Ohh I cant wait for the mid terms and watch you corrupt bastards whine like 2 yr olds
I have a real problem with political gerrymandering. Last week, the Supreme Court ruled to limit parts of the Voting Rights Act. Ultimately, this will make it easier for states to dilute the votes of Black voters and other minority groups.
We need to outlaw gerrymandering. Period.
Instead of focusing on organized crime, cyber threats, and elder fraud, Donald Trump’s Department of Justice is going after his political opponents.
Americans are rightfully upset at this.
Obama faced 11 documented assassination attempts during his presidency.
He never mentioned them publicly.
No fundraising emails.
No rallies.
No “they’re trying to silence me” speeches.
He just… governed.
Meanwhile, Trump turns every security incident into a merch opportunity, a rallying cry, and a donation link.
One man saw threats as part of the job.
The other sees them as content.
That tells you everything about their character.
@RepAndreCarson@TheBlackCaucus maybe if you corrupt bastards didnt cheat every election...if you lying MFers didnt flood the country with 20 million illegals we wouldnt have to do these things to insure ONLY citizens vote...Fuckin DUMBocrats are the scourge of this nation
The Supreme Court ’s Louisiana decision is a blow to the Voting Rights Act.
Civil rights warriors like my mentor, John Lewis, fought for this landmark bill to ensure voters are equally represented in every election. Today took us backwards.
@TheBlackCaucus and I are fighting to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act—and the rest of Congress needs to join us.
A genocidal threat from a U.S. president is beyond dangerous. Escalating strikes while threatening to wipe out an entire civilization puts innocent Iranian civilians and Americans at risk. These are intentional war crimes. We need to invoke the 25th Amendment now to stop these violations.
Role of the 2024 JetBlue merger block: The Biden DOJ and DOT (under Buttigieg) halted the $3.8 billion deal on antitrust grounds to preserve low-fare competition; critics argue this removed a potential lifeline that could have combined operations and saved jobs, while defenders note Spirit's core issues predated the block and a merger might have burdened JetBlue.
We now know the Iran war price tag is more like $50 billion - hundreds of dollars per household - and counting.
It's enough to cover all the health insurance premium credits that the Republicans got rid of for this year, and next. It could save rural hospitals, pay teachers, fix roads.
Don't let this White House insult your intelligence by blowing your money on war, then saying America can't afford nice things.
@PeteButtigieg Good job stopping the Jet Blue and Spirit Airline merger...loss of over 40,000 jobs. EVERYTHING a DUMBocrat touches turns into CPMPLETE SHIT...fooken imbecile
