Let me help everyone out. I had this Alpha-Gal Syndrome, got it from ticks in 2019. It is not permanent and can be treated and will eventually go away. To manage the symptoms I was told to take 24 hour Alegra once a day Montelukast Sodium(10mg) (singular), every 6 hours Pepcid (10 MG) every 6 hours It will stop you from getting hives. Then you need to just keep eating small portions of meat at least once per day. Took me about 14 months, after that I spent another 3 months slowly weaning myself all of the antihistamines. It's been 5 years now no issues. Ticks suck, but don't lose hope.
