Ok, so let's Start my False Termination Story on Youtube.. On 10th November 2025, at 1:29pm, my Youtube channel Terminated For Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scam Policy, but the real fact is that my Channel fully based on gaming content like Minecraft Challenges shorts and Pokemongo Videos, where i uploads daily 3 shorts of Minecrafts, so 3 shorts per day they consider it as Spam!! My content focuses on brainrots challenges, and the thing is that I just started making these shorts from 5th September, but these types of shorts still uploading by big youtubers having 2 Million + Subscribers, and they are not terminated yet, what that means??? Obviously it means the content is not the problem, the problem is in their System where they consider my Channel Uploading 3 shorts per day as a Spam, and terminated my channel.. Still if someone wonders what type of content i uploads, I am giving links of other Youtubers shorts that uploads 99% same content like me and their shorts having same title everytime.. Also everytime I chat with your Support team, they give me different reason on termination always, like one says, Redirecting to viewers to Third party site which I not performed, Second says Using bots to increase views, and this is really just a stupid reason, because my channel already performing well, so why I would try to farm views and Subscribers? Now third one says *Incentivisation Spam*, now this is ridiculous, because my channel never have these practices, so how they can say that.. I am working on Youtube from 2017 with different-different niches on different channels, but now when I figured out the suitable niche for me, YouTube gave me sudden Termination, why? Because my channel growing rapidly? This is unacceptable and clearly automated enforcement with no real review.

I had 2 channels wrongfully demonetized and then TERMINATED.
Timeline:
• Channel 1 was demonetized for “Harmful Content involving minors” — content I have never made.
• Channel 2 was demonetized for “related channel.”
• 10 days later, BOTH channels were TERMINATED at the exact same time for “Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams.”
• I appealed both terminations.
• Both appeals were rejected at the exact same time, showing there was no individualized or human review.
After this, @YouTube replied to me in DMs saying:
“Confirming that we checked in on this and the original decision stands.”
and then linked the generic Spam policy article — despite me never showing or naming which channels were terminated.
There is:
• No spam
• No automation
• No deceptive practices
• No scams
All content was manually created, scripted, voice-acted, edited, and uploaded. Metadata accurately represented the content.
Because of this, I am now effectively blocked from creating or monetizing ANY future channels due to “related channel” enforcement — without any specific explanation, evidence, or channel-level review.
This is a serious false-positive enforcement issue harming legitimate creators.

Creator @MaNameBin confirmed they spent $1000 and went with ‘WBS Legal’ to get their channel reinstated. 🤝 After YouTube’s AI wrongfully TERMINATED it without due process. They’re pretty well known in Europe for going after big tech platforms (YouTube, Google, Meta, Twitch, etc.) when creators or businesses get hit with bans, demonetization, takedowns, or account terminations. WBS regularly takes international clients, even outside the EU. Not endorsing this path. Not a solution for most. But the fact that LAWYERS are becoming the only reliable escalation path is evidence that the normal appeal system is functionally broken. @TeamYouTube @reneritchie

Hundreds are reinstated daily by @TeamYouTube alone, proving the system is broken.

It’s been 211 days since @TeamYouTube @YouTube falsely terminated my channel and ruined my livelihood as my channel was my only source of income. This is very unfair. I will keep doing this until my channel gets reinstated or an actual human manually reviews my content.

On December 4, 2025, my 19-year YouTube channel was terminated. I’m kindly asking @TeamYouTube for a human review and a DM. That channel represents nearly two decades of passion and work.
I’ve been creating original content since 2006. No AI and not a faceless channel. Most of my uploads were comedy, made for people who enjoyed watching and supporting my work.
I was told the channel was removed for spam, deceptive practices, or scams, which doesn’t reflect the content I made. My appeal was denied quickly, but I truly believe this deserves another look.
The only unusual thing that day was uploading 9 original videos. There’s no rule against that, and my account was always in good standing.
All I’m asking for is one more fair review.
To anyone else dealing with this, don’t give up 💙 YouTube is where my journey began, and it still means everything to me.
