This guy is using his personal experience to say everyone should do the same. That is not particularly bright of him. He obviously never met an iron worker, miner or tradesman who is physically beat up by his/her late 50’s. And his point of people getting back a portion of what they put into social security is the damn point of having it! The government shouldn’t be borrowing or using the social security money people are paying into. This guy talks for a living. He should start thinking before he opens his mouth.

I would totally be up for paying people what they are worth and getting rid of tipping in every form. I love when I go to some European countries and they do not ask for tips at all. It is so relaxing. You pay for it and that is it.
