So happy that this is finally out. Many thanks to my amazing co-first author Joe Scherrer @Cuttleghoti, and co-authors @MichaleFee and @jiejackzhang. In short, we made two new head-mounted microscopes designed for freely behaving mice (~4mm FOV, 1.4g) and birds (~1mm FOV, 1.0g).

Excited to share triple (!) joint publications on bio-learning rules for the successor representation. With D. Aronov, L. Abbott, @e_mackevicius, we show RNNs can learn flexible predictive maps. Turns out two other groups were working on similar problems! elifesciences.org/articles/80680
