@bryan_johnson Yeah but a 20 year olds stomach doesn't eat itself because they don't take 57 pills a day Anyway other than bodyfat and VO2 max most of your cherry picked "biomarkers" are meaningless

I’m 48, my body composition resembles a 20 yr old > bone mineral density 99.6th percentile > body fat of 11.3% > lean mass: 160.1 lbs On these markers, better than >90% of men in their 20s

We only write 1-2 primers a year because we want them to be durable. It’s simple to publish something market relevant for 6 months, but our goal is a piece you can return to years later and still derive value. Our Robotics primer meets that standard. citriniresearch.com/p/thematic-pri…

In life, you must choose your regrets. “You'll regret it if you get married. You'll regret it if you don't get married. You'll regret it if you have kids, and you'll regret it if you don't. Kierkegaard said this 200 years ago as follows: ‘Whatever you choose, you'll regret it. Because the problem isn't in your choices; it's in romanticizing a life you haven't lived. A person always finds an untraveled path alluring and mysterious. That's why the issue isn't making the right choice. It's choosing and deciding which regret you'll live with.’ What have you decided?” — Salih Guney

One of the main bear cases for hyperliquid:native is "what if BTC dumps" Well, $BTC has dumped from $126k to $58k Hype just hit an ath recently. I guess the real question should be, what if crypto bottoms? The majority of people calling for the 30's didn't participate in it's upside But they sure love chirping about the downside. And I think a lot of that hype no longer exists. It was essentially deleted. Hence the OI at the 50's being fully reset while price ended up $15 higher the first time. Why, bc the spot hype is taken off the books forever. Can it go that low. of course anything is possible. It's crypto. But I think it's better to be more forward looking in terms of the revenue growth that is coming from circle, priority fees, and in the event crypto does bottom. Like many are calling for. Well it benefits from the volume that follows. Now, obvious disclaimer is this is more of an investment thesis than a trade thesis.

A few things from today. The next decade is the super cycle. Same disclaimer as always. it will be volatile, it will be so over and we are so back many times. But ultimately, this is over a decade period. going to be the larget bubble in human history. Japan committing multiple trillions to the AI buildout over the next decade. Other govs will do the same. We are going to see more robots than humans 10 years from now. The robot buildout hasn't even started. These companies aren't even public yet. Robots are solving for the 59T labor problem that exists today. Avg hourly wage is around $38, robots can get the job done for under $3-4 over its lifetime. There is still a huge energy need, the AI buildout isnt complete. It also is going to take years We are going to see rapid advancements in medicine as a result of AI. Speeding up time to market, research, and finding new cures. There are going to be many bubbles, and side bubbles inside the broader bubble and super cycle.

Theo Von gets personal on his podcast and reveals he wishes he had a wife and kids to come home to. He says he’s losing “motivation” and that there is “not a ton to do” to keep him engaged. “I think I kind of wish that there was like a family aspect in my life right now, like a wife and children. But that’s not there.” After 20 years of stand-up and reaching Joe Rogan-level success in podcasting, what Theo wants most now isn’t more money or fame. It’s a family.

why don't many personal trainers want to help their clients do straight sets lifting really heavy weight with good form and progressive overload? do they think it's too boring, even though it's the most reliable way to build muscle? why do they want me to do cardio with weights? doing new movements each time i've never done before and thus can never get good at? putting me in circuits where i'm too gassed to hit max weight? why do they want to push me into doing plyometrics during the middle of strength work? why can't i just lift really heavy shit, and get my flexibility and mobility and conditioning work mostly elsewhere?

@mert “Trust me bro no one exploited the bug which was there for 4 years” Also here’s the “highly advanced Zcash expert” in question:

just woke up and seeing a fair bit of fake info - first, there is no *known* exploit. the possibility of a bug has always existed, so there is no new information. what's happened is a highly advanced zcash expert spent a lot of resources trying to find bugs and *patched* one. that's all the information that's new: that a bug was patched. - again, all signs show no exploit but you can not 100% guarantee this until the next network upgrade, which core devs are working on right now. Eta soon. - you can NOT have infinite total ZEC supply EVEN if this bug was exploited. What would instead happen is that the single orchard pool would be insolvent assuming no social recovery. Now for all purposes, that would still be catastrophic but very different than people implying you can just bridge out infinite amounts (you cant) So tl dr - you cant have infinite supply bridging out, that's not possible. you CAN have a case where ppl in the shielded pool get insolvent if and only if the bug was exploited. my money is on the bug not being exploited but to prove this for everyone, the next upgrade will help you verify it yourself
Arjun Khemani@arjunkhemani

Devs are actively building a formally verified shielded pool. Migrating to it would lock in the 21 million ZEC supply cap and provide cryptographic assurance that this bug was never exploited.

Sad to see certain people make fun of those who had a large % of portfolio in zcash:native This industry attacks builders, makes fun of traders/investors who share their thesis, doesn't want any token to pump unless they're in it, are happy when something they were not in crashes Depressing

PSA: I now consider *all* of DeFi unsafe. Coding agents are superhuman at finding vulnerabilities, and smart contract security is too asymmetric: defenders need to fix every bug while attackers need just one exploit to steal funds.
