@Transavia148080 De klacht is niet opgelost. Het betreft de afhandelaar bij de gate ! Virgo, super onvriendelijk en ongepast gedrag. Totaal niet reel dat ik alsnog 65 euro moest betalen terwijl het een medisch apparaat betreft en in overleg met Transavia bij het boeken afgesproken.

@Avis Hey Carter, I knew that we booked at the wrong airport. Problem is : couldn’t change the booking , had to go to Bedfort for picking up car, could keep the same car, had to pay twice, the amount was as high as the precooking. Maffia Carter

@Avis In Bedfort we only had to do the paperwork and we Could take same car with us !!?? Lost precocious howers of our Holiday. We had to pay The rental at Logan. So we lost one day of the original booking and we had to pay 230 euro’s for one, original 5 days for 320 in total

@Avis We pre -booked a car through booking.com : 722594745 when we arrived Boston Logan the of us was in Bedford. Bedfort Rentel was already closed. We could not change the rental to Logan. We had to rent a car for Now 690650262
