This study uses the PII of tens of thousands of people WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT including hundreds expressing suicidal ideation, women discussing pregnancy, veterans with PTSD, and many other vulnerable people. Yale HRPP approved this. Why? Political correctness, it seems. The target group leans conservative. In an NPR interview the author bragged about people discussing suicide over the threat of doxxing from this. Nuremberg Code? How is this ethical? Did anyone die? @yale @QuestromDean @NIH @nberpubs @FoxNews @NIHDirector @YaleSOM @elonmusk

@Grace4NY You can’t have an honest conversation with understanding Simpson’s Paradox and most people choose law school because they can’t pass calculus. Lawyers not understanding math is a massive problem in America.

Enjoyed visiting Dartmouth & walking over into Vermont to hike a bit of the historic Appalachian Trail this morning. Blissful. Nice memories of the 80s!

@Yale Imagine a world without BigLaw selling “justice” to the highest bidder. Imagine a work where everyone had the same lawyer - an AI one. Bliss. No more paying someone who can’t pass calculus $3,000/hr. ChatGPT is a better lawyer than most @YaleLawSch grads. Prove me wrong.
Matt Wimble@WimbleMatt

Image a world where everyone, rich or poor - Ivy League connections or Detroit connections, has the same AI lawyer. For free in all matters both criminal and civil. Only evidence matters. CPAs do that better. No more BigLaw causing tons of suicides #nomorelawyers #Justice

@ewarren What if everyone had the same AI lawyer? For free. Only evidence would matter. End BigLaw selling “justice”. BigLaw kills thousands ofAmericans per year. Why do we pay people who can’t pass calculus $3,000/hr. BigLaw is pure evil.

Millions of Americans use buy-now-pay-later because they're stretched thin. The last thing they need is to be penalized on their credit score for it—especially with no transparency, no consistency, and no recourse. I’m demanding answers.

@SenWarren How about everyone gets a right to an attorney - exactly the same AI lawyer. For free. No more BigLaw selling “justice” to the highest bidder. BigLaw kills thousands of Americans per year.

This should be a bipartisan no-brainer. Let's ban lawmakers from becoming lobbyists. Public service in Congress should not be a stepping stone to a lucrative corporate lobbying job.
Rick Scott@SenRickScott

Politicians shouldn’t be able to cash in after they leave government, they’re here to serve Americans. @SenWarren and I introduced a bill to BAN ALL Members of Congress from lobbying once they leave. The American people deserve to TRUST their government.

A good point I learned (among many) from Sarah. Me: How will the court punt, avoid making up law about what "subject to the jurisdiction of" means, and send it back to Congress? Sarah: By reading the issue as statutory interpretation, not constitutional. Then Congress can easily change if they don't like it.

How do we make sense of the Supreme Court as its pending decisions could alter America's legal and political landscapes? @WhigNewtons joins GoodFellows @NFergus, @LTGHRMcMaster, and @JohnHCochrane (and moderator @BillWhalenCA) for a look at the court's intellectual grounding, followed by the GF's thoughts on the Iran impasse, Beijing summitry, and Kevin Warsh as Federal Reserve chair. “Senior’s Day at Gold’s in Venice.” Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger showcase their longtime friendship during a workout session at Gold’s Gym Venice. This isn’t the first time the pair have worked out together, the former governor gave a look inside their friendship during an interview last year, saying, "We've worked out together and go gym and stuff like that, and I always was a big supporter of his." Schwarzenegger was previously married to Kennedy's cousin, journalist Maria Shriver, from 1986 until 2011.

@BarbMcQuade @Johnubacon With AI we don’t need lawyers. BigLaw can’t sell justice anymore. CPAs are all we need.

@tribelaw Guess what? Only evidence matters. With AI we don’t need lawyers. Accountants are smarter than lawyers. At least there’s a math requirement and falsifiability. Justice shouldn’t be for sale by BigLaw. #banlawyers
