I expect that any proposed settlement will be subject to Court approval . I’m interested in details. If in fact there are other funding sources I would not be particularly flexible in negotiations. I will be filing another brief with the Court shortly touching on both the issues. I will do a livestream perhaps Memorial Day to discuss the filing and what Claude says.

🇺🇸 Trump just rolled out new immigration rules:
Most people applying for green cards now have to do it from overseas instead of while already in the U.S.
This is a pretty big immigration clampdown. A lot of skilled workers, tech pros, and families who used to adjust their status here will now have to leave the country and wait abroad.
This is a game changer for immigration processing...
