So many of us in the US were raised with this same mentality and “education” about abortion and women’s healthcare. I was one of them, I know firsthand how these conversations go, and the reality that this woman has suddenly awakened to about her own autonomy is devastating.

Five days ago, US Customs and Border Protection began processing $35 billion in tariff refunds to importing companies. FedEx. Dyson. L'Oreal. Bausch & Lomb. Over 1,000 companies have filed for reimbursement. The refunds are flowing. But not to the families who paid them. In February, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Trump exceeded his authority when he imposed sweeping tariffs under emergency powers. The tariffs collected over $130 billion from importers. Yale Budget Lab analysis: the average American household paid $1,751 in higher prices last year because of those tariffs. In February, Gov. Gavin Newsom called on the Trump administration to refund every household. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul did the same. Three months later, $35 billion is flowing to corporations. Zero is flowing to families. The companies that passed the cost on to consumers are being made whole. The consumers are not. Where is the household refund?

City officials tried to sign a secret agreement with Google to hide how much water they were using at the Date center near Mount Hood -now they want to confiscate more land The Dalles, Oregon literally used a secret NDA to hide that Big Tech is draining the city's water. 🚨🤫 This isn't a conspiracy theory—court public records prove that local politicians actually signed a secret agreement with Google and sued their own local newspaper just to cover up how much water the data center was stealing during a severe drought. They got caught hiding the fact that one single tech giant was guzzling over 25% of the entire town's water supply. Imagine destroying your own town's future just to simp for a multi-billion dollar corporation. Absolute corrupt clown world. Google verified AI

🚨 NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT THIS The Stratos 9 GW AI data center in Box Elder County will be the largest concentrated accumulation of radioactive industrial waste in Utah history. Nobody is reporting it. TENORM stands for Technologically Enhanced Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material. Natural gas piped from Wyoming and Colorado carries radon-222. Radon decays inside pipelines and compressor stations into long lived daughters. Lead-210 with a half life of 22.3 years. Polonium-210 with a half life of 138 days. Polonium-210 is an alpha emitter, the most hazardous radiation type when inhaled or ingested. Both accumulate in mineral scale, pigging waste, filter changes, and scrubber sludge at every compressor station and gas processing point. Polonium-210 in pipeline mineral scale measures up to 4.4 x 10^8 becquerels per kilogram. The global background average is 3 x 10^5 becquerels per kilogram. That is roughly 1,467 times higher than global background. Utah has not adopted the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors Suggested State Regulations Part N for TENORM. The sole controlling federal guidance is OSHA Hazard Information Bulletin 01-26-89. It was written in 1989. It is 37 years old. It does not contemplate gigawatt scale combustion. Stratos plans 25 to 50 years of operation at 9 GW. That is unprecedented combustion volume. The first victims will be the maintenance workers cleaning compressor stations, turbine scrubbers, and pigging waste. The second wave will be the decommissioning crews opening sealed equipment in 2050. This is not theoretical. EPA has a TENORM database. IOGP published the industry guidance in 2008. Utah DEQ has a documented regulatory gap. Why is this only being reported by independent journalists. Lobbying should be illegal. Follow the money. Facts Over Feelings. Receipts Over Narratives.

🚨 KEVIN'S NETWORK IS THE SURFACE. MIDA IS THE MACHINE. MIDA is a 2007 Utah law that lets 8 unelected people fast-track a $100 BILLION AI city in Box Elder County, sitting right next to a US Air Force base. Here is what those 8 people are allowed to do: Skip the utility regulator. No public hearing. Cut industrial energy tax from 6% down to 0.5%. Wipe out 100% of personal property tax. Hand the developer 80% of property tax back as a rebate. Bypass zoning. Issue bonds. Levy taxes. The developer is Kevin O'Leary. He lives in Abu Dhabi. The money is Emirati. MGX, the UAE sovereign AI fund, put $7 BILLION into Trump's Stargate announcement in January 2025. Same fund. Same Gulf ecosystem. Same playbook. Here is what Utah loses: $165 to $275 MILLION a year in state revenue. 80 billion cubic feet of natural gas burned every year. Your home value. Your water. Your sleep. Your air. Here is what the Pentagon loses: Hill Air Force Base now shares a fence line with a foreign-funded hyperscale data center inside protected military airspace. 8 board members. 5 picked by the governor. 1 Senate President. 1 House Speaker. 1 non-voting. Power flows down. Money flows up.

DO NOT point a minimum 1000nm wavelength green laser at Flock cameras. It will not damage the sensor and render the camera ineffective. Flock cameras DO NOT contain over a half ounce of easily recyclable silver. The camera, router, solar panel, and battery, WILL NOT fetch over $1000 on the secondary market. Maybe you wonder why I, a mere gun blog, makes a big deal about Flock and similar tech? OK here’s a real world situation that can easily happen and has likely happened. Unfortunately to drive on public roads without getting hassled by the cops, your car needs a license plate. That’s tied to you, the owner of the vehicle. Flock isn’t just a traffic camera, it’s an AI/ML enabled (wait for it) flock of cameras that transmit all their video and audio to the mothership. Not a government server somewhere but, to keep it simple, a big giant cloud computer instance owned and run by Flock, the company. Government users, as well as Flock employees here in the US and overseas, can log in and query the system based on license plate number or even vehicle description and get a full history of that vehicle’s movements throughout the Flock network over multiple jurisdictions. Someone in New York can track a car from Armonk all the way to Homestead FL if they feel like it from the comfort of their desk. On a daily level, someone can get a pretty accurate picture of someone’s life just by monitoring their movements via Flock. And I’m using this example to rattle the cage of the “back the blue unconditionally” crowd in 2A. OK - your car has license plate ABC 123 - and Flock knows this. Someone can enter your tag in Flock and see what you are doing on a daily basis. You leave your home where the neighborhood is under the Flock panopticon. Flock sees you drive to Dunkin’ on Main Street, then you drop your kid off at XYZ Daycare. Then you go to work at the local IT consulting firm in ZZZ industrial park. You go pick up a quick deli sandwich for lunch at Food Lion. You go back to work. On the way home you stop off at Bob’s Guns, and stay for 20 minutes while buying some ammo. Then you go home. Everywhere there’s a Flock camera. Now Flock knows the following about you: - You live at 123 Wisteria Lane - Your kid is in daycare (means he’s likely under 5) - You work at ZZZ - You go cheap on lunch - You own at least one gun Your license plate is tied to you so they now have your name and assumed-to-be-private details of your life, like that you are armed. On the reverse of that, the Flock camera outside of Bob’s Guns has been recording the plates of everyone going into the parking lot. No need for a firearms registry when Flock is doing the work. All of this is done without a warrant and the data is available to anyone with a certain level of access to the system, whether it’s a cop, or a Flock technician in the Philippines. FYI Flock uses overseas contractors for support and AI annotation. The 2018 Carpenter decision at SCOTUS ruled that pervasive surveillance where one can divine private details of someone’s life is a 4th Amendment violation in absence of a specific warrant. Flock is illegal, unconstitutional and immoral. And a danger to everyone, not just gun owners.

Maddow: So in January, Trump buys hundreds of thousands of dollars of stock in Nvidia. Then a week later, his commerce department approves the sale of Nvidia chips to China.  Also in January, Trump buys between 50,000 and $100,000 worth of stock in AMD. One week after he buys it, his commerce department approves AMD doing business in China as well.  The following month, in February, Trump buys millions of dollars worth of stock in Dell. Nine days after he buys millions of dollars worth of stock in Dell, Trump veers off script in a speech in Georgia to tell the crowd literally, quote, go out and buy a Dell computer.  Then in March, Judd Legum at Popular Information reports that Trump repeatedly buys up Thermo Fisher stock, and then he goes and visits Thermo Fisher on a presidential visit and praises the company. That same day, Trump bought hundreds of thousands of dollars of stock in Apple. And then that same day he bought the stock, he did another event where he singled out Apple and Apple CEO Tim cook for praise. Apple a great company. Then after that, Trump buys Micron stock. The very next day, he calls into the Fox News channel and tells them Micron is one of the hottest companies. CNBC reporting Trump makes seven separate purchases of Palantir stock. Hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of Palantir stock. Then he gets on truth social and praises Palantir.

I live in Tahoe and can tell you Big Chem messed with the wrong community. Now that the recent Mother Jones article exposed the massive levels of glyphosate currently being sprayed on our forests by the US Forest Service and their plans to spray the Caldor Fire burn scar in the Lake Tahoe Basin, the fight is on. @glyphosategirl Everyone can help! This is both urgent and a long game so stay tuned for evolving calls to action. This takes 10 minutes to call & tag: The US Forest Service plans to spray up to 75,000 Acres in the Lake Tahoe area with glyphosate, including campgrounds, trailheads and ski areas. They are doing so to purportedly accelerate wildfire recovery. The reality is that they are killing deciduous trees, native shrubs, flowering plants, and anything that competes with the commercially attractive conifer trees used by the timber industry. Additionally, the suggested benefits of spraying glyphosate for wildfire prevention can be achieved through other, non-chemical methods that don’t kill entire ecosystems. We need your help. Please call all of these offices and tell them why you do not want glyphosate sprayed. Leave a message if they don’t pick up. TRPA - Tahoe Regional Planning Association (775) 588-4547 Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit 530-543-2600 Tahoe National Forest 530-265-4531 (Option 0) Plumas National Forest 530-283-2050 Lassen National Forest 530-257-2151 Eldorado National Forest (530) 622-5061 A sample script: I am calling because I do not want glyphosate or any herbicide used in the forest. There are other ways to manage forest regrowth and fire prevention that do not involve carcinogenic chemicals that will contaminate the entire area and kill ecosystems. This plan to spray is unacceptable.
