I warned y’all back in October about Halo Studios leadership. Yesterday, Halo Studios former art director Glenn Israel revealed why he left the studio last year: He witnessed and was subjected to blacklisting, fraud, rampant favoritism/cronyism and multiple harassment campaigns. He also said, “That in August 2025, the catastrophic mismanagement of Halo Campaign Evolved created an opportunity for senior Halo Studios representatives to temporarily reassign the art team from my unannounced project and falsely characterize my role as "redundant", a plainly retaliatory act.” They move his art team from an unannounced project to Campaign Evolved due to development issues 👀 #Halo

@Thedoomslayer81 @boinksi @Pirat_Nation Okay sure halo infinites art style is a kind of “return” to the classic style but it’s still way different even halo CE and halo 2 have a different style in many ways if you can’t tell what those differences are maybe you didn’t play either?

@boinksi @Pirat_Nation This game isn’t halo infinite though it’s CE it has its own unique soul and art style there is 0 excuse for halo studios not to make or use different assets

@Pirat_Nation Brother this is a rumor and nothing confirmed. Also, Infinite had BANGER art directions so I’m all for it

If Halo Studios utilized the gritty Y2K military sci-fi themes seen in CE to Reach into an actual new campaign again, Halo would immediately be back, but they won’t because that’d be too cool and would make too much sense. Fanbase is sick tho. LOOK AT THIS!

RIP the absolute king William C. Dietz, the author of, among many things, one of my favourite Halo books of all time - The Flood The Flood allowed me to take my Halo addiction to school, and it being a deeper and extremely well written expansion of an already incredible game ended up being the catalyst for getting me to read the other Halo books which undoubtedly led me to where I am today... Got a lot to thank William for and I will never stop singing the praises of his work, RIP 🙏
