Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I recently got a new AirFiber connection (6781359259). It worked fine for the first 2–3 days, but after upgrading to the 100 Mbps plan, the speed has dropped to around 5 Mbps. Please look into this issue.

@JioCare I paid ₹2220 for a 3‑month subscription. Today I recharged for 100 Mbps, but it didn’t reflect. Customer care told me to recharge again, so I did, and now both payments show. How will this be adjusted—will my plan be extended by 2 months or handled differently?

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare subscribed to a new Jio AirFiber connection and just upgraded my plan to 100 Mbps. My mobile number is 8148260018. The payment was successful on GPay but not received any confirmation message from Jio and the plan has not been upgraded yet. Please check.

Hi @AxisBank I was a Citibank OD customer. After migration to Axis Bank, my account was written off without intimation, affecting my CIBIL. Customer care said payment would update CIBIL & issue NOC. I paid, but no action taken.
