GM Saucelings, let us pray 🙏
Our SaucerSwap,
Who art in DeFi,
Hallowed be thy APRs;
Thy DEX hath come;
Thy single-sided-staking be done;
On HashPack as it is in Hedera.
Give us this day our daily yield.
And forgive us our impermanent losses,
As we forge communities with those who
transact with us.
And lead us not to become degens;
But deliver us from high gas fees.
For thine is the trading volume and TVL,
Forever and ever,
Hbarmen.

When will @bgarlinghouse delete this tweet and apologize for being wrong?
We’re waiting.

Energy consumption for BTC and ETH mining is a massive waste and there’s no incentive to take responsibility for the carbon footprint. Absolutely 🤯 that this isn’t high on the agenda for the growing climate crisis... telegraph.co.uk/science/2020/0…

I have it from a direct source that @bgarlinghouse and XRP/Ripple are actively working to undermine the SBR.
Absolute scum.

Falling in love with alcohol, over time, caused me to fall out of love with my life through my addiction.
If you are in the position where you drink constantly to cope with anxiety, depression, insomnia, or any other struggle, I can tell you after over a year of sobriety that alcohol is likely the root cause of many of your issues.
At the very least, it’s making the challenges you already face much worse.
If you’re drinking just to get through the day, you’re not living you’re surviving.
The only way to break the cycle is to break it. And make no mistake, it is a cycle: a habit that evolves into a need. A sneaky poison that tricks you into thinking it's the cure.
As an alcoholic, almost every morning, I would wake up and promise myself that I wouldn’t drink that day—that I was done. Yet, every single day, I broke that promise.
How can you keep promises to the people in your life if you can’t even keep the ones you make to yourself? You simply can’t.
If you’re struggling with drinking and decide to quit, it might sound cliché, but it does get better. Not because life suddenly becomes perfect or because your underlying issues magically disappear, but because sobriety gives you the clarity and strength to face life head-on.
You can finally deal with challenges as they come and use those moments to grow, instead of drowning them in alcohol and forgetting them in a haze.
I don’t have an issue with others drinking; I’m simply sharing my experience with it. If it helps just one person, then it’s worth it.
Grateful to God for my sobriety as of November 6, 2023.
If any of the above resonated with you, know that you are not alone.

It has been the privilege of a lifetime to work for you as @SECGov Chair.
Over the last four years, we updated rules in our equity market & Treasury Markets, & shortened the settlement cycle. We returned more than $2.7B to harmed investors.
