@OctopusEnergy I was under the impression they prided themselves on cust service? Moved into our home in April, yet they seem incapable of taking our g & e payments at the same time. Email after email thanking us for our patience but not resolving. Latest email at 3.24am today!

@OctopusEnergy so from January IOG will be limited to 6 hours EV charging. Does the 6 hours apply for Drive Pack?

@stevendick @juliandc @OctopusEnergy An efficiency of 434% indicates you're getting 4.34 times as much energy out as you put in. The 1st law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed. I was being a bit facetious in my reply, but *as stated*, that is breaking the 1st law.
