I saw a patient recently who had already been evaluated for a lesion that concerned them. They were told it was fine.
It was not fine. It was an invasive melanoma.
This is what happens when scope of practice becomes a policy debate instead of a patient safety conversation.

Of course coaches favor a 24-team playoff … many can then sell fanbases + administration on — ‘we got a bite at the apple!’ — when really you’re no closer to a national championship than you were before.
