@AmazonHelp Hello all the above resolved to nothing. Which is terrible. No security for seller what so ever while we have all the evidence that amazon made a mistake by refunding the money without contacting us. We have been ripped off. Shameful.

@AmazonHelp Am hearing you loud and clear but the seller performance team obviously doesn’t hear me loud and clear and as they are the only one to help I am now back to square one with no resolution and been scammed by a buyer and left out of pocket. Well done amazone.

@AmazonHelp This isn’t helpful. As previously stipulated we are already trading with you and been scammed. Amazon refunded the buyer and no product was return to us. We have followed the rules but been left out pocket. No help what so ever so far to return product or retrieving the fund.
