A gett refuser should be stopped from seeing his kids. He's a danger to them. A domestic abuser doesn't stop at his wife.

@YossiShow @hasidic_1 With power comes responsibility. A Jewish man has the power to either give a gett, or to prevent a woman from remarrying and having kosher children. Being that it's the man's mitzvah to give the gett and not prolong suffering, it is a particularly evil act when he does not.

@hasidic_1 For all the people on here who are claiming that context is needed and there may be valid reasons the gett has not been given, GFY - There's zero context that justifies a man withholding a gett. Custody issues are for the courts - the gett is NOT for leverage.

@hasidic_1 A gett has nothing to do with the other parts of the divorce. Saying so is explicitly using it as a bargaining chip.
