You know what’s the closest country to Israel in population? Papua New Guinea. Not joking. Nearly identical number of people. Imagine if our entire foreign policy was structured around Papua New Guinea. If there were people who were Papua New Guinea First all over Congress and media. And we had given Papua New Guinea over $300 billion and people were saying it wasn’t enough! That we had spent $8 trillion on wars supporting Papua New Guinea and people said we needed one more war for them! And if you ever criticized our ludicrous support for Papua New Guinea, everyone in media would call you an anti-Papua New Guineaist and said no one should ever talk to you again. Now, you’re beginning to see how absurd our support for Israel is.

🚨🇺🇲🇰🇷 S.Korea’s Constitution Is Being Rewired For Control—This Amendment Locks In The Left's Power Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party of Korea push a “reform” that moves power into the National Assembly and locks control in place. “Shorter term” talk masks a long-term grip while security and stability take the hit. This amendment must be stopped now. 🔻 THIS IS A SYSTEM TAKEOVER Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party of Korea wave the “1987 system flaws” banner while building a machine for extended control. A 4-year renewable presidency gets packaged with a cabinet system that shifts real power into the hands of the National Assembly. “Shorter term” talk gets thrown around like a prop while the structure for longer rule gets installed behind the curtain. 🔻 POWER MOVES FROM THE PEOPLE TO THE ASSEMBLY FLOOR The plan loads authority into lawmakers, then hands the steering wheel to a prime minister chosen through that same bloc. Opposition victories get locked out before they even start. Legislators gain leverage, perks grow, and populist spending becomes a permanent campaign tool. 🔻 SECURITY AND STABILITY TAKE THE HIT FIRST North Korea fires missiles and constantly hurls threats. A revolving-door prime minister cannot deliver fast, unified command. Policy stalls, response slows, and confusion spreads across defense and economy. 🔻 THIS REWINDS HISTORY TO A KNOWN FAILURE The Second Republic already showed what unstable cabinet rule looks like in Korea. Frequent leadership swaps, weak execution, and national vulnerability. 🔻 FINAL LINE IN THE SAND A legislature-controlled system under one dominant party risks permanent rule and system erosion. The 1987 direct presidential system stands as a safeguard that must be defended. People Power Party members, who haven't yet been bought off, need to draw a hard line and hold it—that is if any of them are still on the side the people. 🇰🇷 This amendment does not fix the system—it rigs it. 🇰🇷 image translation: AI

🇨🇳🇰🇷Illegal Chinese Immigrant’s Fire Kills Two South Korean Firefighters A 34-year-old illegal Chinese immigrant has been arrested in connection with a fire that killed two South Korean firefighters. The employer who hired him at the warehouse is also under investigation. Firefighter Park Seung-won (44) was a father of three. Noh Tae-young (30) was engaged and preparing for his wedding. Despite strong public opposition, the Lee Jae-myung administration has continued to pursue policies expanding visa-free entry for Chinese nationals and exploring pathways to legal status for undocumented residents.

I have a judge in Colorado that is ready to speak about the crimes they commit. Court clerks communicating with each other on cases, ex parte conversations between lawyers and violations of the “magic wheel” and so much more. It’s like the twilight zone… I broke a story of this massive ring with judges, lawyers and townships in PA stealing land, businesses and homes from people over 20 years that is ongoing and now judges are saying, “put me in coach, I want to show you how corrupt and rotted the judiciary is and has been.” Guess, “all will be revealed” is starting to actually mean something.

We are petitioning the prosecutors office to move swiftly to file the appeal for a longer sentence (2 or 3 years), and putting together the relevant case law citing Korean cases far less severe than Johnny Somali (Ramsey Khalid Ismael) that received far more time behind bars

YouTuber Legal Mindset believes Johnny Somali's six-month prison sentence with labor was "too light" "At least 2 years, if not the prosecutors recommendation of 3 would be more appropriate"

🚽💩Guess where Johnny Somali (aka Ramsey Khalid Ismael) is sleeping for the next 6 months? Right next to the toilet. As a new inmate in a Korean prison, he gets the worst spot: directly beside the toilet. Expect high humidity, flies, and constant stench with no AC, just a couple of fans. Korean summers drag on for three brutal months with temperatures hitting 40°C. He will be crammed in a tiny cell with 6 to 10 other inmates who won't be friendly, especially in the heat. Did he just said he backdoored the chips?
Dwarkesh Patel@dwarkesh_sp

Distilled recap of the back-and-forth with Jensen on export controls: Dwarkesh: Wouldn’t selling Nvidia chips to China enable them to train models like Claude Mythos with cyber offensive capabilities that would be threats to American companies and national security? Jensen: First of all, Mythos was trained on fairly mundane capacity and a fairly mundane amount of it by an extraordinary company. The amount of capacity and the type of compute it was trained on is abundantly available in China. Dwarkesh: With that, could they eventually train a model like Mythos? Yes. But the question is, because we have more FLOPs, American labs are able to get to this level of capabilities first. Furthermore, even if they trained a model like this, the ability to deploy it at scale matters. If you had a cyber hacker, it's much more dangerous if they have a million of them versus a thousand of them. Jensen: Your premise is just wrong. The fact of the matter is their AI development is going just fine. The best AI researchers in the world, because they are limited in compute, also come up with extremely smart algorithms. DeepSeek is not an inconsequential advance. The day that DeepSeek comes out on Huawei first, that is a horrible outcome for our nation. Dwarkesh: Currently, you can have a model like DeepSeek that can run on any accelerator if it's open source. Why would that stop being the case in the future? Jensen: Suppose it optimizes for Huawei. Suppose it optimizes for their architecture. It would put others at a disadvantage. As AI diffuses out into the rest of the world, their standards and their tech stack will become superior to ours because their models are open. Dwarkesh: Tesla sold extremely good electric vehicles to China for a long time. iPhones are sold in China. They didn't cause some lock-in. China will still make their version of EVs, and they're dominating, or smartphones, they're dominating. Jensen: We are not a car. The fact that I can buy this car brand one day and use another car brand another day is easy. Computing is not like that. There's a reason why x86 still exists. There's a reason why Arm is so sticky. These ecosystems are hard to replace. Dwarkesh: It's just hard to imagine that there's a long-term lock-in to the Chinese ecosystem, even if they have this slightly better open-source model for a while. American labs port across accelerators constantly. Anthropic's models are run on GPUs, they're run on Trainium, they're run on TPUs. There are so many things you can do, from distilling to a model that's well fit for your chips. Jensen: China is the largest contributor to open source software in the world. China's the largest contributor to open models in the world. Today it's built on the American tech stack, Nvidia’s. Fact. All five layers of the tech stack for AI are important. The United States ought to go win all five of them. in a few years time, I'm making you the prediction that when we want American technology to be diffused around the world—out to India, out to the Middle East, out to Africa, out to Southeast Asia—on that day, I will tell you exactly about today's conversation, about how your policy ... caused the United States to concede the second largest market in the world for no good reason at all.

Jensen has no loyalty to the USA. He constantly lobbies to sell his most advanced AI chips to China. If that wouldn’t help China, then why does the CCP also want that so badly? Jensen is either trying to undermine the USA to make more money, or he’s a CCP sympathizer.
