L'Alliance de la Haine : Un Obstacle à la Stabilité. Le chemin vers la prospérité régionale est aujourd'hui obstrué par des choix politiques dangereux à Kinshasa. En choisissant la voie de la guerre plutôt que celle du dialogue, le président Tshisekedi met en péril non seulement la sécurité de la RDC, mais celle de toute l'Afrique centrale. L'utilisation systématique de discours de haine contre les Tutsi congolais et les Banyamulenge est une stratégie incendiaire qui ne peut mener qu'à une tragédie humaine. Plus grave encore est la collaboration flagrante avec les FDLR, facilitée par des figures comme Jean-Luc Habyarimana, qui lie directement le régime actuel aux héritiers du génocide. Le Rwanda ne peut pas rester passif face à une telle coalition de haine. Nos mesures de défense sont le reflet de cette menace grandissante. La communauté internationale, notamment les États-Unis et l'ONU, doit exiger des comptes. La neutralisation des FDLR n'est pas une option, c'est une obligation internationale non négociable. Tant que Kinshasa préférera s'allier avec des forces négatives plutôt que de respecter ses engagements sécuritaires, la paix restera un horizon lointain. The international community often speaks of regional de-escalation as a unilateral move for Rwanda, yet it frequently overlooks the structural causes that necessitate defensive measures in the first place. For over three decades, the FDLR has remained an unresolved, existential threat on our doorstep. These are not merely "rebels"; they are the remnants of the forces that orchestrated the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, and they carry that genocidal ideology to this day. Expecting Rwanda to lift its defensive guard while the FDLR is actively integrated into the security architecture of the DRC is not only unrealistic,it is a gamble with the lives of millions. Real, lasting peace in the Great Lakes region is not achieved through a security vacuum, but through the full and verified implementation of the Washington Accords. This means the DRC must honor its commitment to neutralize the FDLR. Until the threat is removed, the defense must remain. We cannot afford to repeat the mistakes of the past by prioritizing diplomatic optics over the physical safety of our citizens. Stability is a two-way street that requires accountability and action. #DisarmFDLRFirst

The U.S. expressed that it is deeply disappointed by Rwanda’s continued escalation of the conflict, which constitutes a direct violation of its obligations under the Washington Accords. The U.S has reiterated its call for the immediate withdrawal of Rwandan troops. The sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political independence of the DRC must be respected.
