These boots explain why America is collapsing. No, seriously. Stay with me. First off the boots. I am terribly disappointed in what Under Armor is calling Valsetz these days. For comparison on the left is the pair of Valsetz I've had for over 10 years. They're full of holes, have no tread, and they've hiked more miles than I count. I've loved them dearly but entropy claims us all one day and it's their time to go. I figured I'd buy a new set of Valsetz since I saw they still exist. I looked at the listing on Amazon and thought they looked weird but that I'd give them a shot anyway since my last pair treated me well. They arrived and I'm disappointed. The build quality feels cheap. The externals have less reinforcement and the little that is there has less stitching, meaning it's likely to break sooner. The internals have a much cheaper memory foam inside and are noticeably less plush. Finally the toe box is bigger for some reason, they're at least a half inch longer in the toe than the other pair, they fit more like a 10.5 than a 10. I can't comment on wearing them too much as I've only done some basic breaking in, less than a week's worth of wear but they definitely aren't fantastic so far. Overall, I'm disappointed to see my favorite pair of boots be reduced to slop. But that's the entire country at this point. Over the last decade we've seen the US reduced to an economic zone to plunder. The identity of "an American" is now as fluid and shifting as the spring breeze. As a result, every company has focused on chasing profits in the shorter and shorter run. Companies are worried about the profits this quarter, nevermind next or the one after. That's because they don't see a long term future here. The goal is to get the profits now, consumer be damned. They're a wallet to plunder and nothing else. Multinational conglomerates, billionaires, and foreign nations have plundered this country and are killing it so they can move onto the next host after this one dies. Nobody is chasing profits tomorrow because they won't be here. The boots don't need to be good, they just need to trick the consumer into buying them because profits get announced in a few weeks anyway and there's still some brand goodwill to destroy. This didn't happen overnight. It happened imperceptibly over time through taxation, economic policy, immigration policy, corporate culture, and greater cultural psyops. The entire system reinvented itself to serve itself at the behest of everyone else. "The purpose of the system is what it does." And in this case the system extracts capital, returns little value, and moves capital out of the country forever. Money never comes in and it only goes out. The United States is not dying. It is being killed. The perpetrators are the same ones promising to help you. They are the ENTIRE political class, the entire corporate class, and anyone who has either a dual citizenship or a home in a foreign nation. It's not just a pair of boots. It's an entire nation. Our nation.

I understand everyone’s frustration and disappointment, I’m frustrated too. We all wanted our bags to pump to the moon like many other meme coins and random projects. But it’s not just $VELO l @veloprotocol that hasn’t performed well. For example, take $METIS l @MetisL2 a serious L2 project founded by Vitalik’s mom which is still down 99% from its ATH and hasn’t recovered yet. And it’s not alone, many other strong projects have struggled just as much.

Walmart tried and failed to establish itself in Germany in the early 2000s. One of the speculated reasons for its failure is that Germans found certain team-building activities and the forced greeting and smiling at customers unnerving.

If Germany/EU were actually strong, they would threaten all out economic warfare, even physical warfare, to force Syria to take them. If Syria threaten to “unleash” their people on Europe in response, then this would confirm their intentions anyway; meaning a state of war already exists. Millions must go. Third world shit holes must be treated exactly as what they are.

I feel bad for Judo guys. They don't do well in MMA. But that's because MMA uses this soft pad for flooring. That isn't realistic. If I throw someone with velocity and land on top of them on a hard surface, they are knocked out. Throws are the knockout punch of grappling. Judo evolved from hand to hand military use. It works. MMA just neutralizes it with this strange artificial padding surface.

*IMPORTANT* Please read & share, it could save you or a loved one from a lifetime of chronic system-wide illness. 🙏❤️ Today I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease.😔 I was bitten by 4 ticks 30 days ago & had a red rash come up around one of the bites, that soon started spreading. As there was no 'bullseye', I didn't think it was Lyme, I assumed it was just a reaction, especially as the rash wasn't painful or itchy..(see photo) It WAS Lyme! Any rash around a tick bite is diagnostic. I didn't know this. 😕 I was bitten at Shapwick Heath on the Somerset Levels. I've since learnt some areas of the UK have a higher risk of Lyme, and the Somerset Levels is one of them. If you go out in the countryside, take care... stick to paths and try to avoid brushing up against vegetation, that's how the ticks get on you. Always check yourself over for ticks when you get home. The longer a tick is attached to you, the higher the chance of infection. If you find a tick, don't panic, remove it carefully with a tick removal tool or tweezers, being careful not to squeeze the tick. Keep an eye on the bite for the next month... if a rash starts to develop at the site of the bite in that time, go to your doctor ASAP! Explain that you were bitten by the tick, and have now developed a rash at the site... they will prescribe antibiotics, usually Doxycycline, for at least 3 weeks. You may be asked to have a blood test too, but these aren't reliable in the early stages of Lyme, insist on starting the antibiotics immediately. Sometimes, you don't even get a rash. In these cases, if you get flu-like symptoms in the 30 days after a tick bite, go and see a doctor, it's probably Lyme Disease and you'll need antibiotics. Many people with debilitating advanced Lyme Disease didn't see the signs, or they just ignored them. Lyme Disease is usually curable in the early stages, but can become a chronic lifelong illness affecting every system in your body, if left untreated! 😔 I'm not posting this to scare anybody, but because I was ignorant to the rash, and if it hadn't been for my youngest daughter badgering me to get it checked out, I'd not be sat here taking antibiotics for Lyme Disease... I wouldn't even know I had it, and many of the later symptoms are confused with other illnesses! A case in point is the fabulous musician @Renmakesmusic, who was only diagnosed with Lyme Disease 6 years after being infected! 😯 He really suffered in those years, spending much of it in bed, too ill to get up, but not having a clue what he was suffering with. I'm obviously no medical expert, all I've written here has come from my own research & experience, so in case there are some inaccuracies, learn more from @UKLyme 🙏 However, you get the picture... if this post prevents just one person getting advanced Lyme Disease, I'd be delighted! Prevention is better than cure, so please be careful out there! Don't be ignorant to the dangers of ticks, rashes and Lyme Disease.. don't be like me! 🙏❤️
