@amazon @MetaQuestVR Thanks all for your support and @AmazonHelp and @MetaQuestVR for picking this up and looking into it quickly and pushing for the refund. Wish the telephone support was as helpful!

@amazon @MetaQuestVR UPDATE: Amazon have now told us they are issuing a full refund (up to 5 days for it to hit our account) and told us we don't need to return the pet products. So, alls well that ends well (providing the refund comes through!).

Some scumbag @amazon worker has scammed my boy out of his birthday present. All family clubbed together to buy him an @MetaQuestVR 3, but the package that arrived contained two bottles of pet products (that we didn't, and have never, ordered). Now a 21 day wait to refund :(

@Zebwen @morefunmakingit @amazon @MetaQuestVR hey sorry to see this - something similar happened to me during lockdown (thankfully with a less expensive item, box filled out with loads of amzn packing slips) I rang Amazon directly rather than going through forms and refund was resolved really quick; fingers crossed for you!
