@jsolloso@dejdream@MrWills96 It’s funny, Rooney stated that those leagues aren’t what they used to be. Then you come to their defence by naming players from prior generations. What a tool.
@dejdream@MrWills96 Really? From that era, Vialli, Ravanelli, Di Matteo, Di Canio, Balotelli, Cudicini, Jorginho. And recently you have Chiesa and many who came from Serie A, not produced like Alisson, Salah or Henry.
🚨🚨🗣️ Wayne Rooney Mocking about Laliga and Italian League (Serie A).
“Let’s be honest — La Liga isn’t even the second-best league anymore. The Premier League is miles ahead of everyone. No one is close.
You watch Spanish and Italian teams in Europe… they struggle. Clubs like FC Barcelona or Atlético Madrid can’t even dominate sides consistently.
And in Serie A? Even giants like Juventus and Inter Milan aren’t what they used to be.
The level, the intensity, the quality it’s all in England. Simple.” 🔥
@ItaFootPod If anything… Beckham was underrated. They used the “big clubs buy him for the shirt sales” which was a total insult to that lads talent. He was a world class player, ask any of his teammates.
Boromir stomps. He is probably the second best human warrior of the late Third Age.
There’s a reason why it was arrows that took him out, he was ferocious with his blade.
NEW: French judge Jezabel Dabouis accused of rigging figure skating event against the United States to give France a gold medal.
Viewers were shocked when France's Laurence Fournier Beaudry & Guillaume Cizeron took gold over America's Madison Chock & Evan Bates.
Five of the nine judges gave Chock and Bates the top score, while the other four gave Beaudry and Cizeron the top score.
Thanks to the French judge, however, Beaudry and Cizeron were able to take gold, considering she gave Team USA a much lower score than the other judges.
"Not only did she judge the French pair 6.45 points higher than the mean, but she undervalued Chock/Bates by -7.19 — giving us a +13.64 delta favoring France over USA in the final score. This represents a staggering 6.37 standard deviation z-score difference across the event," reported SBNation.
"There has been a consistent pattern from Jézabel Dabois over multiple events of juicing scores for F. Beaudry/Cizeron in the ice dance, while filing low scores for their opponents," the outlet continued.
"When it comes to the Olympic Games, in which France won gold by just 1.43 points, there is no doubt that the scoring of Dabois was the key differentiator in deciding who won the event."
During an interview with CBS, Chock and Bates, who are married, called for more transparent judging.
This must be investigated.
@nadalprop_ I love Nadal. But there can be no discussion that Djoko objectively is the best player of all time.
You can like Nadal or Fed more than Djoko. But there is simply no way that Djoko isn't the best. All numbers and stats support this.
“Dad, was Nadal actually as good as they say?”
“Son, he defeated peak Federer at Wimbledon. Beat prime Djokovic in two USO finals. Olympic Gold in his first try. Won AO from 0-2 down at 36... he was the best.”
“Wow! But that's all on grass & HC. Was he not that good on clay?”
Patrick Dorgu’s game by numbers vs. Newcastle United:

What a performance

If this was any driver other than Max, it will be celebrated as "real hard racing" btw. Cases in point being Russell's divebomb on Max last week and Leclerc's move in Zaandvort which actually won overtake of the month 😭😭
@tsimiks First, 16 was ahead when they entered in turn 1; second, if 16 didn’t leave, that will be double dnf for Ferrari cuz 44 didn’t leave any space, so 16 only get benefit for P1, and only need give position back to 4 third, 44’s 10s is caused by not following the planned route back
Lewis Hamilton started the race within track limits and gained a position.
Charles Leclerc went off track and didn’t give the position back.
How is that fair?

@Joshua__Ubeku maybe because ronaldo left them with fire in their hearts and taught them how to win, messi tried to “carry” barca and was excused for ucl losses while others were scapegoated, being heliocentric brings nothing to the team, mbappe 24–25 is a perfect example of this
🚨🎙️| Piers Morgan: “Ronaldo carried Real Madrid and won matches on his own. Messi can’t do that.”
🗣️Zlatan: “After Messi left Barcelona, they went on to play in the Europa League twice. Ronaldo left Real Madrid, and they won multiple La Liga trophies and Champions Leagues. So now tell me, who carried whom?” 👀💥
@NoodleHairCR7 This is fake, but many people believe it. It’s a terribly dumb take, and the reality is… they started to win when they we freed of Mbappe. No longer needing to give him the ball with every attacking possession. They started to play fluent natural football without that crutch.
