Brother if I wanted you to judge anything I would tag you and make my plea you. Believe it or not, a story for me is not personal. I write it. Or publish it. Or share it. Then I move on. What you do with that story is up to you. If I tell you that you have a bag of shit in your hands but you proceed to eat it then that’s on you. I wrote stories about drug dealers and gangs in Doncaster in 2022. Do you think I fail to go to bed thinking about them? The fake doctorates? Wicknell stories? Mai MaCurtain? The Nust Lecturer? Even the story I did about Isaac Moyo refusing to Ok the order to kill Chamisa? It’s journalism. I do a story. I move on. What just makes this all the more hilarious is the brazen lack of dignity and integrity by you lot. I do stories about Zanu PF every other time because my sources are strongest there. They take them on the chin. Complain. But take it on stride. They don’t dwell on them. They don’t come up with these Vharazipi heckles like you. You lot on the other hand have shown the most classless and bottom of the bin behaviour since that story. Zero intelligent critiques. It’s all heckling, emojis, insults and fairytale “counter” stories. I think that says a lot about you and what you trying to protect. When Zanu PF behaves better than you and reacts better than you towards works of journalism it says a lot about you. And if you must know, true to what I said above - this is not personal. I don’t do journalism for applause. I don’t care what you believe after. My life, which is legitimately fine, goes on, despite what you believe or dis-believe.

This is the Parliament of Zimbabwe. They’re merely supposed to receive all submissions from the public. But here they are, blatantly promoting clips of submissions they’re CHOOSING to highlight! This isn’t just a betrayal of their ignorance of the objectivity they must uphold in their role - it’s an exposure of the extent of their arrogance as they openly parade their bias in this process! The consultations are a clear sham!

This is disturbing. This is straight-up economic sabotage by foreign nationals who are hired because they are "cheaper and harder working" than South Africans. They bite, spit, throw away perfectly good fruit like it is trash, all while laughing. Meanwhile local workers sit unemployed. Farmers in the Western Cape who keep choosing Lesotho/Zimbabwe over South African locals - this is your "savings." Foreign nationals are literally destroying your harvest while giggling. Cheap labour just became very expensive. Please hire locals. South Africa first. Hire locals properly, and stop importing chaos. Stop bypassing South Africans.

There are over 20,000 Ugandan people staying in South Africa illegally. The distance between Uganda and South Africa is roughly 2,500 miles. To reach South Africa illegally, a person must bypass at least four international borders. If over 20,000 people are making that trek, imagine the sheer scale of migration from South Africa's immediate neighbors, who only have to cross a river or jump a fence. The African obsession with South Africa has become deeply exploitative. We are seeing South Africa being treated as a universal safety valve for the governance failures of the rest of the continent. It is an unfair burden on a single nation's infrastructure and taxpayers. The dream of a Borderless Africa sounds noble in a boardroom, but in reality, it would be the final blow to the few working economies left. You cannot have open borders when economic disparity is this vast. It doesn't create unity, rather, it imports poverty and collapses systems. We are currently witnessing a massive immigration crisis that threatens South African schools, hospitals, and social stability. Before we talk about visa-free travel, we must discuss economic convergence. Other nations must become livable so their citizens aren't forced to flee. South Africa cannot be the refuge of last resort for 1.4 billion people. Protecting South African borders isn't anti-African, it is an act of national survival. Until the continent stabilizes, the romantic idea of a borderless Africa remains a recipe for total collapse. bit.ly/3O68ibK

Dear @daddyhope and anyone else with credible information about these opposition leaders, On behalf of progressive Zimbabweans, I urge you to do us a favor and tell us everything you know about these individuals. We have remained in the dark for far too long. Personally, I have come to see for myself that there is very little coming out of the opposition leadership I once supported so dearly. I didn’t need any leaked audio to realize that I was riding on a dead horse it simply took common sense. I have, on many occasions, insulted you, @daddyhope, and others who questioned the opposition. I was wrong stubborn, defensive, and blinded. I admit that now. Looking back, I can see that much of what you were saying was, in fact, the truth. My main concern now is for the majority of Zimbabweans who still believe in these opposition leaders. Some may argue that this is not the time for anything that could further divide people, but I believe there will never be true unity among us as long as the truth remains hidden. Everyone must be known for who they truly are. We need a fresh start, but one grounded in a clear and honest understanding of people’s character. While I appreciate the role some opposition leaders have played in shaping our politics since 2000, I fear that many of them may now be running out of steam. Time and again, we have seen parties formed and then destroyed, often due to power struggles. It increasingly appears that the primary motivation has become holding onto power at all costs. If that were not the case, we would not have witnessed situations like Tshabangu taking control of an entire political party, largely because proper structures were never established in CCC. You, @daddyhope, and many other journalists are aware of what happens behind closed doors. By choosing not to reveal the full truth perhaps out of concern for reputations you risk no longer serving the interests of the nation, but rather those of individuals. I know many people call you names sellout, CIO, ZANU PF proxy, infiltrator, and all sorts of things. But if what I believe about you is true, then over time everyone will be able to see whether you are genuine or not. By telling things as they truly are, you give all of us a fair ground to judge for ourselves who is who rather than this current situation where people label you without evidence, while all we can actually observe is a journalist who appears to care about his country and its people. You have shown that you care deeply about Zimbabwe; history will remember the time you spent in jail exposing corruption. Like anyone, you may have flaws, but I believe your passion for a better Zimbabwe is genuine. That is why I appeal to you: please do not withhold information that could awaken Zimbabweans. I may have opened my eyes by choosing truth over blind loyalty, but many of my friends are still trapped in false hope. It is painful to watch them being pacified while those doing the pacifying benefit every election cycle. At the very least, people deserve to know the truth. If they still choose to support the same leaders after that, then we will know where the real problem lies. Zimbabwe will never be liberated by people who are afraid to question their leaders. It will never be liberated by those who treat leaders like objects of worship. It will be liberated by people who value truth, accountability, and progress above all else. I am grateful that I have reached that point I fear and respect no one but truth, accountability, and progress. I only hope that many others will come to see the light as I have.

This audio (short version) is a confirmed record of a conversation between main opposition leader Nelson Chamisa, then leading the now defunct MDC Alliance, and First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa's aide Ben Muneri. Chamisa was exploring ways to negotiate with the First Lady and President Emmerson Mnangagwa to become a Prime Minister in the current Zanu PF government in the aftermath of the hotly disputed 2018 presidential poll amid brutal post-election violence and killings on August 1.

CAF President Patrice Motsepe says many African countries avoid bidding to host tournaments because they fear financial losses. As a result, Morocco 🇲🇦 often steps in, even for less profitable events like the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations or futsal championships. Motsepe said Morocco helps “save the situation” when no other bids are submitted. The country has strong infrastructure and a clear willingness to host. While not always the only option, Morocco has become CAF’s most reliable partner for filling hosting gaps.

As it stands there is nothing damning about that audio. There's nothing new. Everyone knows Chamisa has publicly called for dialogue since 2018 and it would be unsurprising to learn that there was some backchanneling of sorts. The cdes "leaking" this call have been at it with these teasers for a over a year and it can only mean one of these three things. 1. They are not in possession of the full audio and they can only release what they are given then threaten to release more. 2. The audio doesn't do the damage they want and they will instead pretend to be exercising restraint. 3. The audio exposes both Chamisa and their own interests and they can't afford that suicidal mission. Whatever it is, Chamisa remains the guy who tried new methods that were terrible and it ended badly. If indeed there's anything to be exposed, then those who keep such important information are just as terrible. Why would they take pride in protecting information about the sabotaging of a struggle they claim to care about? If state resources were used to buy the opposition leader, wouldn't it be good to expose it? Hameno 🤔

Well, it seems like you missed what I meant by that. So here is the thing, Tshabangu is the reason why we no longer have representatives in Parliament, he is the reason why ZanuPF has a two-thirds majority. Tshabangu is a creation of failure from CCC leaders, including Nelson Chamisa. If CCC had structures, dai Tshabangu asina kunyuka kunge hwowa, dai ZanuPF isina a two-thirds majority, dai tiine mukana wakakura wekurwisa this 2030 nonsense tichibatsirwa nema parliamentarians edu atakavhotera. But Nelson Chamisa, together with other CCC leaders, vana Biti, destroyed CCC, and all the MPs who were voted for by the people got recalled because of these leaders s stupid blunders. So now that we are here, why not focus on uniting and try to defend the constitution rather than demonizing Biti and making Chamisa a saint when, in actual fact, they all contributed to this nonsense.

I am painfully having to respond to this for the sake of meaningful dialogue, and I hope we will have that dialogue meaningfully to focus on the real devil in Zimbabwe which is @edmnangagwa It is in the spirit of dialogue that I hope we will navigate this issue @zimbabweyauya and I hope we will soberly reach a logical conclusion quickly so we remain focused to stopping Agenda 2030. We are literally a few hours from official national processes by @ZANUPF_Official to effect the evil CAB3 such that we cannot afford the luxury to focus on fictional psyops on the victimhood of individuals and personalities - the major national issue here is the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION that is at imminent risk of mutilation. It is about the soul of Zimbabwe; democracy, livelihoods - our collective future is under threat and it is only normal for all right thinking citizens to focus on the major issue. I note you have mentioned @BMutebuka but he is the face of coordinated and unwarranted diversionary attacks on @BitiTendai and @freemanchari solely on the basis that they are virtuously coordinating the resistance against ZanuPf’s Agenda 2030 under the auspices of @cdfzim. He is working overdrive to ‘sow the seeds of division’ you are mentioning and we don’t have to meet him to understand that he is a sensational conspiracy theorist whose conduct doesn’t resemble that of a ‘seasoned lawyer and businessman’ as you describe him. His unwarranted anti-CDF obsession which has seen him go into overdrive baseless yet visibly coordinated vitriol against Tendai Biti that makes him write very long politically defamatory loud sounding are pitiful and well credits those he targets for their silence and continued focus on fight ZanuPf to stop CAB3. Tendai Biti had/has nothing to do with Tshabangu, and Mr Mutebuka hasn’t yet come up with a justification on why he obsessively targets him nevertheless. As such, it will only be normal for anyone to see through him that he indeed is on an agenda to create narratives that divert attention on the people’s national fight against CAB3 as led by CDF from the frontline. Let us all unite to resist Agenda 2030 and DEMAND REFERENDA for any constitutional amendments aimed to extend the term of office for elected officials! PICK A STRUGGLE…. It’s hard being @nelsonchamisa I have been busy at workshops the last two days and catching up on Twitter … there is a narrative that apparently if anyone raises an opinion especially questioning the intentions of those that supported Tshabangu who are now also purporting to be against the bill … then that person has been sent by Nelson Chamisa …. This is a sophisticated way to SILENCE or gag people from voicing their opinions… wat happened with Tshabangu was extremely heartbreaking … and even at that time some of us said that move was to support Mnangagwa’s illegitimate incumbency beyond the be next election … Y’all need to live with fact that this will live in people’s minds for a long long time !!! Interestingly the same voices instead of helping us fight against Tshabangu they were on an anti Chamisa parade …. So when folk raise it instead of attempting to gag them by saying they have been sent …. Why not apologise so we all move on if truly you have been to Damascus… why is the response to bash Chamisa Maybe some of you have never met the likes of @BMutebuka who is a seasoned lawyer and businessman . I can’t imagine anyone sending Brighton even kunotora sauti . He acts from his own volition ….. This is a moment for all of us to work together why breed seeds of division what is the end goal ? Comrades pick a struggle are you anti Chamisa or anti 2030 ????? I have spent all week sharing CDF petitions - liking Freeman’s post to appreciate the hard work - but now feels like I am walking into an anti Chamisa armbush 😭😭😭😭💔💔 CAB3 is a @edmnangagwa cum @zanupf_patriots idea we will do well to stay focussed @freemanchari @VaChivi_ @BMutebuka @BitiTendai @TreasureBasopo @MacBelts @BhudhiGhivhi @MakomboreroH This is extremely disappointing fix it somebody !!!! #noto2030 #notoCAB3 Sign the petition change.org/CitizensPetiti…
