@prcs25 the no mic problem is ridiculous, i pay for a "premium service" that is supposed to be a competitive environment just to be with people who want to play the most impactful spots with 0 mic, how that is a competitive environment idk... should be bannable

I’ve been playing on Faceit for years and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Premium lobbies are full of players without microphones, early quitters, and constant toxicity. On top of that, ELO balancing makes no sense, I’m matched with players over 1k ELO below me, even during prime time with instant games. If this happened late at night after a long queue, it would be understandable, but not like this. We love this platform, but it needs to deliver better experiences.
