Something we keep running into: clients who tried to build an AI chatbot, got bad answers, and gave up. The problem is almost never the model. It's the retrieval or prompt. What you feed the model matters more than which model you pick.

@Zuleleee @kail_designs It's not a shift, it's task routing. CC wins when context depth matters (complex refactors, long sessions). Codex wins for stateless inline completions. Which bottleneck you hit first determines which tool wins.

@cgtwts We have an AI Assistant in our company that brings us all the latest news every morning. Watches our fireflies. Stays up to date with all the client projects. All we have to do is ask the assistant instead of going through tons of docs ourselves.

Mark Cuban says AI agents are about to sweep through small and mid size businesses AI agents are about to sweep through small and mid-size businesses. But most owners won’t know how to build or use them. His advice: - learn Claude. - learn agentic workflows. - understand how AI actually works. Then go help these businesses, because they’re a lot of opportunities in the real-world.

@Bhavani_00007 People here talking about the token costs lol but codex is so not worth it if you compare the quality. Use claude code with sonnet instead of opus and even that’s better than codex

@voiceflow is probably the fastest way to get a working AI chatbot built. You design the conversation flow, drop in your knowledge base, and deploy to your site. Most of the chatbots we build start there.

The protocol point is underrated. Right now agents are essentially screen-reading software designed for human eyes. Everything from auth flows to pagination to CAPTCHA is actively hostile to them. We're automating on top of interfaces that were never meant to be automated.
Sam Altman@sama

feels like a good time to seriously rethink how operating systems and user interfaces are designed (also the internet; there should be a protocol that is equally usable by people and agents)
