🚨WHAT THE HELL?!!!!! A man who was arrested 14 PREVIOUS TIMES WITH OVER 40+ CHARGES AND k*lled a 18-yr-old Mormon missionary with his car and injured 5 others... WHILE HIS KIDS WERE IN THE CAR!!! ...has been sentenced to only 31-47 MONTHS IN PRISON!!!!!! Tyzhaun Carney hit 18-year-old Elder Langi going 72 mph in a 35mph zone. He hit him with such force he SEVERED HIS LEG and injured 5 other people near him. Tyzhaun did not stop. Did not call for help. Did not check on the children in his back seat. Did not check on the boy he had just k*lled. He instead FLED THE SCENE ON FOOT, leaving his children TRAPPED IN THE CAR!!!!! Eldar passed away right there on the pavement. Tyzhaun fled to South Carolina and hid, but was eventually caught and brought before a judge. The judge sentenced him to only 31 to 47 months in prison. Please, read that one more time... Thirty. One. Months. For ending the life of an 18-year-old missionary on a sidewalk. For mutilating his body at 72 miles per hour. For abandoning him on the pavement. For injuring 5 others. For running across state lines. For endangering his own children. For ALL OF THAT... Tyzhaun might be sitting at home, a free man, in under 3 years. SAY HIS NAME!!!!! Elder Aleki Langi. WE DON'T HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago. That moment changed our city forever.

If you had to do one, would you rather: 1. Do this "drill" with random strangers that show up to a weekend training class? 2. Shoot each other in the front armor plate at 15 yards with handguns like that Larry Vickers video with Spetznaz? #WTF #safety #nope #fail #OSHA

What's a tv show you didn't like but everyone loves?

For Memorial Day, do yourself a favor and take three minutes of your time to listen to this Civil War letter from Maj. Sullivan Ballou to his wife. I just started re-watching the Ken Burns series, which debuted in 1990 to a record-breaking audience of 40 million, for the first time since it originally aired. While I had forgotten all of the specifics of the show over the years, I NEVER forgot this letter or this moment, which closed the first episode. Burns kept a copy of the letter in his wallet for 25 years.
