Before working together, Cliff had a terrible diet & zero structure while being deprived of sleep. In 6 months, we dropped 44 lbs while losing 6 inches off his waist. His sleep habits have improved & now he has so much energy he feels like he's in his 20s again.

@PathOfMen_ I remember an instance when I worried about the worst case scenario: What if I get a bad grade, how will this effect my final grade...and then I got a good grade. But even if I had gotten a bad one...how would that worrying have prevented it anyway? Might just be wasted time.

If you want to delay aging, you can't be comfortable. Lift the heavy weights. Do the cardio despite how you feel. Eat the healthy foods when cravings say otherwise. Keep learning when your brain wants to watch Netflix. Your body is constantly battling for easy. You can't let it.

@metabolic_print There is evidence that a ketogenic diet could improve depression. If depression is related to impaired energy this would make sense. Perhaps because a ketogenic diet improves metabolism.
