@JacksonEMC Been a customer just over a year now receiving statements via USPS. Yesterday my power was DISCONNECTED! Somehow I was enrolled paperless w/o my knowledge. The bill is paid in full - but my 76 year old mom is still freezing! 6am-7pm🤌🏾
