I’m curious if end of day sell off on $OPEN is because of this. Would be a strange reason to do so but maybe someone pissed this wasn’t built within OPEN or that OPEN didn’t invest directly and is a customer Was just a ton of shares out of no where and this is the only thing I could possibly connect dots on If anything this is bullish. @nejatian has tons of experienced developers coming on board and this is the type of tech that could easily be working on behind closed doors. People think out of the box Open will develop things that will be widely used outside open just buying and selling homes. If @ericwu01 did this with not as much talent as @nejatian is building, what is open building Not knocking Eric here, I’m simply pointing out the insane potential open has for all of real estate. Quit looking at weekly contracts and all, start looking for great tech they put out to the market

It is well documented that asking rents in Vancouver are falling. What people are not talking about is that the quality of the average dwelling is increasing at the same time: - age - finishings - management - service The size is…still a problem however. Don’t expect this problem to get better until multiplexes are the majority of new rental supply.
