@benwoody81 @forduk No compensation for months of delay. Terrible service. Had to cancel sale of current car so out of pocket even more. I’ll have to cancel my holiday in September cause won’t have car big enough.

@forduk it has now been almost 3 weeks since you stated a fix for the SOS malfunction should be available "in the coming days"!How much longer are we expected to wait? Car was supposed to be delivered, instead I'm contemplating cancelling and going to a more reliable manufacture!

@forduk @emmanewbury79 So you’re saying it’ll be another month for the fix to be launched then however long for the fix to be implemented? So not likely to have my car till September? 2.5 months later than my pick up date with no compensation for the delay.

@emmanewbury79 Hi Emma. Affected vehicles will require a hardware replacement and Ford is currently preparing a field service action which will be launched within the next month after which dealers will be able to update affected vehicles with a new modem. 1/2

@TravelodgeUK disgraceful experience in Windsor. Booked room not available on arrival trying to send us to slough. Staff refused to provide any contact details for complaints/management. Now £120 out for another hotel. Please provide a number so I can contact for compensation.
