@makemytrip @FabHotels @_Fab_hotelH Never book hotels through MakeMyTrip. I paid the full amount, but I couldn’t stay at the hotel due to safety issues—the property was dark, unsafe, and unreachable. Despite this, MakeMyTrip refunded only a partial amount. Very disappointing and unfair.

A scam recently happened to me by @FabHotels @_Fab_hotelH. I was checking and calling hotels on maps and most of them were full due to the wedding season. Then I came across one hotel which was in partnership with Fab hotels. I called them and their central helpline picked up.

@FabHotels @_Fab_hotelH tried many calls today. I have a booking tomorrow at Pune and your helpline number either doesn't connect, if it does then its on wait for infinite and your guy tells me availability is as per hotel - then whats point of advance booking. Worst Experience

@_Fab_hotelH My Booking ID: EHMLPL. Stay with FabHotel Kayal Plaza has been cancelled on 19th nov 2025 which is eligible for a full refund which I have paid. But I haven't received any refund till now. Refund is not yet initiated from fab hotel end. This is really dissapointing.

@FabHotels @_Fab_hotelH I did booking today for check in today but the property didnt allow us entry because of some dispute between fabhotel and the property… spoken to your customer service for more than 40 mins but no support from your side…. Refund the advance done now…
