I waited 10 minutes for my Uber. The driver gets 2 min from me and cancels. Next driver 13 min out. @Uber_Support that shouldn't happen, if riders did that we'd be charged for the inconvenience

UPDATE: @Uber_Support now claim my selfie isn’t me. 🤦🏻‍♂️ yet I still continue to drive post 12/28/2025 and have verified myself (selfie) every single time I have been asked. No issues, no delays. 30(+) occasions since that day, all of them get the ✅ from the algorithm 😐

12/28/2025 Uber’s photo verification check came up while on 105 fwy. it took me 10mins before I could exit said fwy and pass the photo verification check. support thread made and resolved same day. nearly 2 months later, this pops up. @sergioaved - I’m annoyed 😒

@Uber_Support I DMed u about a 1-star rating for a ride that I didn't take. The driver didn't show up, he charged me $8, & he gave me a 1-star rating. I had to request a 2nd Uber, which u will see in my history. That is not fair. U refunded my money, but please remove the rating.

@Uber_Support I placed my order at 11:30 AM. It is now 1:30 PM and I still have not received it. I contacted support, but they were unable to provide an estimated delivery time and refused to offer any compensation for the delay. The chat was then ended by the support agent.
