@hearinladotcom @BoostedBoiKyle A lot of drivers are using FSD to do Uber, however safety of the driver and rider is paramount. @Uber TOS will probably get amended for use of FSD soon.

@BoostedBoiKyle Mr @sergioaved, im not sure i believe this. As soon as the screen alerted the driver to pay attention, the pax turned his camera to the side for some reason and then shut it off. Seems like a prank.

My uber picked me up in a Tesla and fell asleep on the highway. I’ve driven with FSD and trust how well it works so I wasn’t worried. It took the exit and drove me to my destination all by itself. He was asleep for 90% of the 20 minute drive haha

Predatory and shameful exploitation of driver by Lyft. This should be against the law and carry punitive fines. Uber and Lyft are middlemen. They deserve a finder’s fee for matching people who need rides with independent contractors who have the tools, time and ability to provide the service. Instead, they control both sides of the market using an opaque, secret algorithm that systematically cheats drivers and riders. Weaponizing both the driver’s and rider’s own data to extract as much on each side of the transaction. The driver carries all costs, and assumes all risks, related to the transportation services provided, while the apps siphon as much profit from the value of their service and charge as much as possible to the consumer, whenever possible.
