I've been working on the Save/Load system UI this week. Not glamorous, but vital. Slots now show real time stamps, and if a slot’s empty, the button won’t even tempt you... 🤓 #GameDev #GodotEngine #RodOfAsclepius

@BenskiGameWorks For me it's visuals, audio and gameplay. If any of those had outside help of a considerable amount = no longer solo dev. I don't count tools towards this like; Unity, Blender, etc.

I don't like this "im a solo dev" trend and then they have 15+ people on contract. It takes a lot to make a video game, very few devs are actually "solodev" - Some are, granted, but very few. It always comes at a cost, mentally or monetarily. Respect the people you work with.

sure I didn't *need* to make my own 90's style PSX button glyphs, I'm sure I could have grabbed some default icons online. but these look so pretttty....

@ZicaLaser @GameUnionTV @DevLand95213410 You post screenshots while you working on it, especially things that goes wrong, like a wonky character controller etc. Ask questions about level placements etc. Dont just post a trailer "thats my game buy it".

@Just_Game_Dev Wanted to try it yesterday on my SteamDeck, it looks really gorgeous, but the controls are no fun on a controller (15% of steam users use a Gamepad).
