@Pentosh1 @TylerDurden My Sol targets are 5-8k, gonna have fun seeing other constantly raise their targets in the coming quarters.

Early previews of Borderlands 4 are quite positive. They were allowed to play for 1.5 hours + 45 min vault session.
I took a look at a few and here are some of the reactions/talking points:
- Much darker and dryer humor to fix the world better (less memes, current day).
- Lots of layered skills to customize and blend.
- Really fluid movements that chain together.
- Gunplay feels improved.
- Lots of pop-up dynamic events/missions while traveling.
- Game feels fun.
Keep in mind these are previews granted for access and stuff will skew positive.

@larphunter69 @Iamnoble6 @DeanTTraining Right. That’s why I mentioned him.
You, however, will never even approach this being a concern. Go ahead and add more weight.
English

@_LordOfTheBased @Iamnoble6 @DeanTTraining Ronnie Coleman is a perfect example of cripplingly yourself to progressive overload your muscles with heavier weights. If he followed a more volume approach like cutler he wouldn't have the problems he has today
English

If you’re NOT regularly demonstrating progressive overload, there is a ZERO PERCENT CHANCE you’ve built muscle
Doesn’t matter if you’re hitting the gym 5x a week
Doesn’t matter if you’re always sore
Doesn’t matter if you always get a great pump
Doesn’t matter if you’re consuming 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight
Still a big fat ZERO percent chance!
Hope this helps 🤝
English

yup.
we can see continued volatility, even for months.
but i'm sorry - this isn't "euphoria".

Gammichan@gammichan
Acknowledging I'm getting a bit euphoric here, but also I was literally crying in euphoria in the green circle soooo I think maybe the distinction is euphoria for what will be rather than what is. Those moments where you see through the ether and know there is abundance waiting.

@griptoalfie @shitcoinity @loomdart You said “muscle recovery”. That has nothing to do with an injury.
But it’s also bad for any muscle injury as well, so you’re wrong even when you retcon a lie.
English

@shitcoinity @loomdart i was talking about injury recovery not muscle gain
English

@griptoalfie @loomdart One of the dumbest things you can do for your muscles.
English

@DeanTTraining Peanut butter is like 75% fat. Who ever thought this was a protein?
English

@larphunter69 @Iamnoble6 @DeanTTraining Did Ronnie Coleman have to up his reps on some exercises because he’d reached the safe limit that his body could handle? Probably yes.
Do you have any experience with this? Absolutely not.
You can add to all of your lifts. Relax.
English

@larphunter69 @Iamnoble6 @DeanTTraining You don’t have to add more weight for progressive overload.
And I’ve got a newsflash for you. Probably exactly zero of his followers (including you and me) are at the point where this is a reality.
English

@DeanTTraining @Iamnoble6 Your not taking into consideration mystatin levels increasing the more mass you put on
English

@DeanTTraining @KawakkoComplex …that you’re still a beginner.
Noticed you forgot to finish your sentence, and I’m in a helpful mood.
English

@KawakkoComplex If you’re regularly demonstrating progressive overload while losing weight, that’s a great sign

@ScrubbahJ @Pentosh1 @BrotherShiao In 1880, 91% of White Americans (native or foreign born) were literate. Only 30% of non-White were.
By 1952 those numbers improved to 98% of Whites, and almost 90% of non-Whites.
By 1979 it was basically 99% of EVERYONE.
Yet in 2025 it’s dropped to 46%.
Hmm, I wonder why.
English

@ScrubbahJ @Pentosh1 @BrotherShiao America was never near a 50% literacy rate until very recently. If America were 100% white, that number would be in the mid 80’s at the very lowest. The data is very clear on this.
