@NationalPro pretty big miscalculation at STS. One employee for Ntl and Ent, 45 min line just to wait another 30 for a car to be ready. Executive member with a res. All other companies had no issues. Do better.

Amazing. Got a bill from @nationalcares @nationalpro for $5 toll on a rental which is not bad. BUT the HANDLING FEE from @nationalcares was the same amount, The company GRACIOUSLY 😎 limits the handling fee to $34.95 a DAY. 🥴😮😳. They do not tell you about this or offer alternatives. #amazing

@_NationalPro_hq That service degrades once anything enters the Lost and Found department. Ppl don't want to have to fill out a form to address an immediate loss. Someone should be able to radio the vehicle and loop it back. Esp. if we're talking the last 30 min. But that's not the process

Why is there a blackhole when it comes to one's belongings left in National vehicles. I've been renting from them for now nearly 20 years have several outstanding items on the lost and found list. From a pair of shoes to my handicap placard, never recovered. SMH @NationalPro

@_NationalPro_hq Last week in IAH I left 2 items. A pair of customized podiatric shoes and an Arc'teryx cap, nothing located. I pulled into LAS one year dropped off a vehicle left my handicap placard in the glove and reach out before boarding my plane. I never received my placard. I can go on

Why won’t @NationalPro honor reservation in @BWI airport? Lady at counter stated to people ahead of me that there were vehicles available but then tells me she refuses to honor any reservation made less that 24-hours in advance. Is this new unwritten policy?

@NationalPro Had to rent with @Avis since @NationalPro did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. Bad business not to honor a reservation, especially with a made up less than 24-hour rule. Thank you to the gentleman at the Avis counter, Eric B, who was extremely professional and helpful.

@NationalPro let me explain my current situation and experience with your company. I booked a premium car which I picked up on time only to find out the ABS system does not work along with a check engine light on as I continued my journey 30 minutes away from the airport. I then got a notification that one of the tires were low upon my arrival. 48 hours later, I called six times, got hung up on once, and had my new car and tow canceled twice. I argued with six different representatives until I finally got somebody on the phone to understand my situation and agreed to send me a new car. Excellent service for $500 for three days.
