I have a black lab, he's purbred. He grows mast cell tumors and I've had to have a lot of them surgically removed because they got so big. He's on prednisone for the rest of his life. It keeps new ones from growing to big. Got his first tumor when he was 6mo old. He was out of a litter of 13 dogs and none of them have mast cell tumor issues. The cancer only stays within the tumors though, never has spread to his organs. I have to assume it'll get him eventually.

This is my grand dog, Charlotte. She has been a joy to my son and daughter in law for many years. She has been in extreme pain and today they found out she has aggressive bone cancer-that treatment won’t fix. Now they face the impossible decision no pet owner wants to make- to put her to rest. Will y’all please keep them in your prayers as they go through this awful time?
