@AccidentalCISO @guiratcom Yes. They have multi-user plans for couples, families, and larger groups (like businesses).
Note: Their accounts are more expensive than email-only providers. They generally include their other features, like VPN access, Calendar, Drive file storage/sharing, etc.

@vxunderground @MalDevAcademy It's all a ploy to get more malware samples. I'll bite.

I'm learning that services like @Namecheap and @GoDaddy charge extra to provide SSL certificates if you pay to hold your URLs with them. (I can't redirect using HTTPS.) I'm looking for alternative services. I'll be moving dozens of URLs. Any suggestions of what service to use?
English

@sysadafterdark So anyway, I switched to Proxmox and XCP-NG depending on the environment, and couldn't be happier.
English

@Dope_Flacko887 @cptspatchcock @JoJoFromJerz And much of the flaws are because Republicans forced the act to be watered down.
English

@cptspatchcock @JoJoFromJerz He tried to the 1st time around but couldn’t come up with a better option. Republicans have hated that Obama had/has such a signature and lasting bill. We all know the ACA is flawed but over a decade later and no republican has come up with a better alternative

@apiratemoo I like the plan of just moving Thanksgiving back a week to force the retailers to sell in discount.
English

@omegabg0914 @dovidfeldman @LSthirdact @ClaudetteGGibs1 Stopping while ahead, would require that he was ever ahead.
English

@dovidfeldman @LSthirdact @ClaudetteGGibs1 You should really stop while you’re ahead. At least 140 people who worked in the Trump administration had a hand in Project 2025, including six former Cabinet members.

@sysadafterdark Hope my Meraki reflash goes well. I've had to reboot occasionally lately. But it's an MR16 flashed to some old openwrt derivative back when the initial license expired, so it owes me nothing. Not sure what I'll replace it with to get newer features yet.
English

Update: The AP in the back of my house went bad. It was so hot, I’m almost surprised the plastic didn’t start to melt on it. With just the second one plugged in, I’m getting full speeds.

sysadafterdark@sysadafterdark
Hmm. After nearly 8 years with the Aruba iAP 303s I think they might be starting to kick the can. I’m having to reboot them daily.
English

@smartereveryday Build one, of Louis Rossmann can do it, so can you.
English

@sysadafterdark Ctrl+alt+F1, login, review logs, reinstall the broken components. Was it X, was it your DE, was it a cryptographic library used by login screen?

I've said this once before: Every Linux user has accidentally nuked their desktop environment by accident. So what dependency did you remove? 🤣
Theo - t3.gg@theo
Fixed by: - Finding hotkey to get grub menu (it's f4 during boot) - Booting to recovery mode (advanced settings -> "recovery") - Manually turning on networking in recovery mode - Signing into recovery as root - "apt install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop"

@OPP_HSD The number of people I see jumping in and out of the hov where it's barred... Need to see more of that getting curbed.
English

-#BurlingtonOPP were conducting HOV enforcement and noticed that something wasn't quite right...
-A coat was set up to attempt to simulate another passenger.
-Friday, Sept 5, 5:08pm
-westbound #QEW in Burlington.
-21 y/o female from Burlington charged for HOV violation. ^rt

@ChadEbear @DRPS Probably driving one of those e bikes. I'm a truck driver and I effing hate them

@Bell_Support who thought this was a good idea, and when did y'all push it to my gateway device?
School year is back in, so I went to update my scheduled ACLs, and I need an app? My daily driver phone is neither iOS nor Android, so now what?

English

@StephenPunwasi Great thread, would love to see it on a blog page so it's easy to share to folks on other apps and communities.
English

@apiratemoo Hmm, I have nuclei open on a tab around here somewhere to look into.
English

Tonight was spent pumping mobile templates into nuclei to experiment with some apk fun. I love the fact that I can just use glow to see md output in cli. So nice.
I got to mess with stuff other than mobsf, but I really just had fun. Something I've desperately needed through the muck.
I also stayed up way too late and was unironically wearing a black hoodie, 😆.
English

@blackroomsec I will use my personal equipment to access company resources if, and only if, it's by way of a no install remote gateway. (RDGW / Guacamole, etc.) That doesn't make me not a security risk to them, but I can control the risk to me.
English

Have never allowed this in any operation I've managed and never will. Nor will any corporation I work for have access to my equipment. Full stop. The number one reason why orgs do this is to save money so they don't have to buy everyone their own cell phone or laptop and that's a cheap cop out. It's also an insane security risk from my standpoint because my employer shouldn't be in my personal equipment.
Jake Williams@MalwareJake
It's 2024. Get with the program and stop taking risks pretending you can secure BYOD. You can't.
English

@XiranJayZhao They recently admitted that chromosomes aren't the defining factor their to that Olympic debacle. 😅
